Shampoo detangling is when you use a moisturizing shampoo to gently detangle your hair in the shower. This helps to remove knots and tangles without causing breakage or frizz. Shampoo detangling also helps to distribute the shampoo evenly throughout your hair, which cleanses your scalp and nourishes your curls. Shampoo detangling is a great way to keep your curls healthy shiny and bouncy. . #hairtips #curlyhair #fyp #viral #wolfcut #empressingurman #curls #healthyhair #naturalhair #longhair #washdaytips

I'm here to settle the debate once and for all: Olaplex vs K18, which is better for your hair? I've tried both products and I have to say: Olaplex is great for repairing damaged hair and preventing breakage but too much of it can be bad for your hair, while K18 is awesome for restoring elasticity and strength. if I had to choose one, I would go with K18 because it works faster and it smells better. Plus, it's vegan and cruelty-free, which is a big plus for me. What do you think? Have you tried either of these products? #olaplex #k18results #haircare #beauty #k18hairflip #curlyhair #wolfcut #hairvideos #bowlmethod #olaplextreatment #curlyhairjourney #healthyhair #wavyhair #naturalhair #longhair #houstonhairstylist

Absolute incompetence! This was the worst haircut of my life by 100 country miles. I legitimately never care to leave reviews even if I am highly disappointed, but I felt I was doing a disservice to the universe by not leaving one here! Where to begin?

My first time here, I simply asked for the same men’s haircut I have gotten for the past 8 years at different barbers with no issue. A simple 2 on the sides and longer on top such that it could be styled into a side part (with a picture example), which Juan, a SUPPOSED stylist with years of experience and the owner of this place, should’ve handled just fine. Instead, I got what is basically an uneven buzz cut, where the corners of my skull are somehow longer than the top. It’s so uneven and so short that I can’t even style it how I like! I’m legitimately disgusted to even look myself in the mirror and have resorted to wearing hats. If the Geneva Convention were held today Juan’s work on my head would be classified as a war crime. Oh, I almost forgot! He totally and utterly butchered my beard that I’ve spent 3 years growing. All I asked for was a simple lineup, which is nothing more than following the line that I clearly had laid out and removing the hair on my neck and upper cheek. Instead, he pushed my neck line up 2 inches and my cheek line down an inch and didn’t even bother to straighten out any of his new lines, leaving me with a chin strap that I had no choice but to come to terms with and shave off once I got home. I knew it was messed up from the second he started working on it, and even tried confirming what he was just tidying things up, which he absolutely lied to me about saying yes. If you’re going to mess me up that bad, I would’ve at least appreciated you cleaning up the rest of the hair and not leaving me looking like I had vertigo while shaving. My beard was part of my identity and will be once again when it grows back, but what an absolute crime it is to insult those who give those who give you their trust and money with this joke. I’m still trying to comprehend if this is some sick prank, but Juan seemed so pleased with himself that I doubt it was. Perhaps one of us needs new glasses!

However, the most egregious about this experience is that I spent nearly 2 hours in the salon from walking in to walking out, waiting like an absolute buffoon for an hour so that Juan could carefully curl every hair on the ladies before me before butchering my hair in 15 minutes. Part of the price said I’d get a blow dry and style, but instead I got a tiny drop of cream rubbed into my hair with no comb (or knowledge of hair styling) in site. The only slight saving grace was the kindness of the ladies at the shampoo station and the folks at the desk up front. Besides that, this is nothing more than an insult to humanity.

If you are a self-respecting man who values competence, getting what you pay for, and real haircuts, avoid this place at all costs. Maybe there are some actually skilled individuals who work at this place, but I will never know and can only speak on my own account. At $40, this haircut was not the most expensive I’ve seen, but I would’ve much rather spent $200 and saved money on beard regrowth formulas and a razor, let alone the emotional cost of this gross ineptitude.

A crime against humanity and against my hair. My third wish from a genie would be for every human to see this...

This review is not for the Salon. This review is about ROCCO! I had the worst experience ever today. I originally went to him recommended from someone. I went in for a consult and he impressed me. So I booked my appointment. He explained the process... 3 to 4 sessions. The third time I went in he told me that he was feeling sick so he won’t be able to finish my hair & if it’s okay to do something quick. I said that’s fine but I told him that he should of called me to cancel instead because people get sick. I asked if what he was doing would look cute he said yes “I got you” when I went home blow dried my hair and did it the next day. I had 3 different colors and it did not look cute. I called the salon and asked if there was any opening at all because I didn't like my hair( I was a bit frustrated and did speak in high tone to the receptionist) they had all the patience in the world. Thanks. I ended up going in today (Thursday) I asked Rocco if I can switch up my hair and not be so blonde so we can just finish up today. He said yes. When I asked “So can you let me know exactly what you’re going to do? Because if you see here I don’t like how it looks” Rocco said “I can’t do your hair, I can’t deal with this, I’m giving you a full refund” he handed me $100 cash. I HAD ALREADY PAID $175. He stormed off and when I went back in a minute later to talk to him he was still gone. I do not recommend him. He left my hair looking a HOT MESS! I have a video because it speaks loader than the photos, but was not able to upload it. I have two colors on top of my hair & another color...

I booked a haircut with Huy. I show up to my appointment, I must admit I was very nervous, this was my first time going to a different stylist. Huy greeted me and took me to his station for a consult. He asked me how I wanted to get my hair cut, I showed him a couple of pictures. He looked over them and advised me those would not flatter me. He suggested a a bob, I was reluctant because the last stylist I went to attempted to do a bob and I looked like a tree top. I told Huy this and he assured me that I would not look like a tree top, so I agreed. He shampooed my hair, massaged my scalp it was so relaxing, then we proceeded to the his station. I decided to close my eyes and not see, all I heard were his scissors cutting away, snip, snip, snip. Then he flat ironed my hair, I decided to take a peek and I asked him are you finished is this how my hair will look? He assured me that he was not finished, that he was giving it a shape so I closed my eyes again. Then more snipping, then an hour later he said he was finished. When I opened my eyes I could not believe my eyes, I went from an unruly tree top an edgy bob. Huy gave me an angled bob, he texturized my hair, piecey ends, just amazing!!! I fell in love with my hair again, thanks to Huy. He is very professional, he is very detailed, he takes his time to create a masterpiece. I would highly recommend Huy for haircut, he is the...
