Nail'ori — Local services in Houston

This is probably the best nail salon I've been to so far living in the US for 2 years. I usually visit Houston every month or so for a weekend but this october I stayed for almost a month. Before leaving I looked for local places to where I was staying to have a regular manicure and pedicure. I am SO glad I chose Nail ori. Calling to make an appointment was so easy but honestly on a Saturday morning there weren't even that many people inside. Which is great! The covid precautions are followed so well and are made so easy for the customer. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. I had a mani pedi at the same time and both ladies were super attentive to detail, groomed my nails so so well, did everything I expected and more. I've gotten mani/pedis from reputable places where they don't cut cuticles or clean under the nail, but Nail Ori didnt miss a beat. Both ladies kept going over their work to make sure it was perfect. Nails were shaped so evenly (i went in with uneven nails), polish was applied immaculately, and the steps in between were so relaxing. I had no idea my mani came with a neck and shoulder massage.. OMG! My manicurist took allllll the tension from my neck and shoulders which had been building up for weeks! It was so good and so relaxing once the knots were loosened. I could have stayed for hours. The foot and leg massage was so calming too. The spa chairs are super advanced and really helped with back pain. The whole salon was spotless and they had the best calming music on in the background. For the very reasonable price point, I dont think you'll find this service anywhere else. I'll be going there everytime I'm in Houston for sure!...

The owner of Nail’ori, Stephen, knows how to run a nail salon like no one else I’ve come across in Houston or Katy. I have been coming to them for well over 15 years and have never left unsatisfied. Unfortunately I had not been able to go for the last 2 years and finally broke down and went back after having a bad experience at another salon.

Stephen set me up with Lucy & Jenny today. I left feeling pampered, relaxed and with beautiful hands and feet. They treat you like a queen and the prices can’t be beat. Also, they don’t pressure you with extra services. You must ask for what you want, be sure to look at the menu. I always make an appointment to be sure I can fully enjoy the experience, but they manage walk-in traffic beautifully.

This location definitely left me feeling a way. I got my nails done by a male tech. He offered to make my nails longer then I normally get them. I was open to try something new.

When I checked out my nails costed $99 for a soak off and full set. I asked why it was so much considering it was just gel nails no design. (He charged me for length and shape) Which he fail to share before my service.

That is something you discuss with customers before offering to do something new. I’ve never in my 20 plus years of getting my nails done paid this much for something so simple.
