In order to prevent others from being scammed, I must tell everyone about my only experience buying from this store. I usually buy clothes in physical stores, so I can see the quality and try them on immediately. The first time I saw Reformation online, to be honest, the models they hired and the pictures they took made these clothes look very attractive. So I bought $1,500 worth of clothes. When I received the package and saw these clothes, I hadn't even tried them on, but I decided to return them. One is because the materials and workmanship of these clothes are far from their price! Second, these clothes look more like branded clothes, and it is impossible to tell that they are high-end clothes made from some fourth-world country. So I returned all of them, but to my surprise, they gave me a fake return label and asked me to return them via FedEx. As a result, it has been a month and a half, and when I went to FedEx to check the whereabouts of the package (because there was no tracking information online), they said that it had been lost, and if I wanted to claim it, I had to find the person who provided me with the return label. I communicated with Reformation's customer service many times, but they always came up with excuses and even asked me to provide proof of shipment. So I went to FedEx again, and they said that if the recipient paid the shipping fee, the invoice could not be printed after 5 days. In this way, FedEx and Reformation passed the blame back and forth, and put the responsibility on the customer. Anyway, they just don't compensate for the loss! At this point, I couldn't help but wonder, isn't America a legal country? Is there any lawyer willing to handle this matter? This is not just about money, I believe that protecting the rights of consumers is more...
Read moreReformation is my favorite brand and it sucks I cannot benefit from having one in my home town because the people who work there are judgmental and racist and it is also not the closest drive so if you ever need to call for anything, God forbid, they will never answer the phone and their mailbox is full. Why bother posting Store hours if you are not going to follow them? Oh also, if there are more than a handful of people inside, they will close the doors and not let you in which I can understand but baby it was pouring rain outside and nowhere for us to shelter. Imagine?!?! I’ll go find the items I want at...
Read moreThe future has come for retail shopping. And this store is a good example of that. There are iPads in the change rooms that you use to Select the items and sizes that you want and they magically appear in the closet in your change room - I thought this was super cool and very satisfying. I have purchased this brand online and didn’t realize they had brick and mortar stores so I had to check it out when it came to the montrose collective. Great opportunity to try on items in person if you’d...
