I frequent this location as itâs the closest to me. Today- WORST service Iâve experienced so far in all of Houston. We sat in the bar area as it looked pretty slow. Ordered queso appetizer thinking it would be quick but we were wrong. Took just over 20 minutes, and our server (bartender at the time, KRISTA) finally dropped it off and said âsorry for the wait, we were waiting on fresh chipsâ and walked away before we could respond. Queso was cold. We had to wait 5-7 minutes before she even bothered to look in our direction so we could ask her to warm it up a bit. What was she doing during that time in lieu of a check-back? Hanging out with coworkers and holding a baby (I assume a coworker brought their baby in?). We finally get her to come over and when we told her âhey, so this queso is actually just room temperature....â she says âoh....â and takes the cup with her without another word. Then I see her running other food, talking to coworkers again, walking back and forth... then she finally brings the nuked queso WITH our wings. So much for having our appetizer as an actual appetizer. We got some spicy flavors- I had a soda that desperately needed a refill. She NEVER CAME BACK. We finished our meal, the re-warmed queso was still untouched on the table, and my drink had been empty for a while. What was she doing? Talking to coworkers again. Right around the corner- I could just make out her arm/shoulder so I couldnât even flag her down. Then she visits with a coworker eating lunch two tables away from us- still nothing, not even a glance towards us. She disappears altogether for another 5 minutes and comes out with food in her hands, walks right past us without any eye contact, and then once again we donât see her at all. Finally I flagged down an âassistant managerâ and explained the issue with the queso: no apology, no concern, just âoh, Iâll take that off your check.â A few minutes later our server walks by and silently drops our check on the table, right next to my card that was already set out on the edge, and just keeps going. The manager beat her back- heâs the one that brought us a box and FINALLY a refill on my drink which I didnât even need anymore at that point. She finally processed my card and didnât even bother to say anything. If she hadnât been the one to take our order, I wouldâve though she had a speech disability or something that makes her MUTE.    Read moreI would like to start this bad view off by saying my server, Kathy is awesome and very knowledgeable and (SHE HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). She was very attentive. Once my food came out I was ready to eat. My fries was hot however my BONELESS WINGS was cold and hard I ate one and my mother at one they was so hard to the point that my mother couldnât even swallow them. I advised my server that the wings was cold she said ok she will take them. She informed the FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER KENNETH. She came back with the same wings within 2 minutes. My mother has cancer and certain textures of food she cannot eat. So I advised my mom that I will try them since they was (so called remade). Kennth the manager on duty didnât come by the table and advised my mother apologize for the cold wings or nothing. So my mother went and ask for the manager and my mother told him about what transpired. He advised my mother that he got them remade. So my mother asked how they was remade when they still have the same bit of wings that I already bid on on the tray and they were not hot. He advised my mom that they put them in the microwave to make them softer for moisture. My mom advised him of her health problems, and that the wings were cold and still hard and no she cannot swallow them. He fan his hand at my mother as to say, get away, or get out of my face. my mom wasnât yelling at him. It was a whole counter in between him and the chaos. He fan his hand again at my mother and walked away, shaking his head because he didnât want to do his job properly. I am not for sure why he has a food handling license to handle food when he just did cross contamination and does not have customer service or any professionalism and then he told my mother that he can be professional when he wants to you and I was standing right there witnessing his poor customer service to a disabled person in Houston, Texas and Houston do not play about the food administration or the food handlers learners license and he was just talking to my mom and didnât even know who my mother is my mother could be a part of the CDC or the food administration department, and I will be attaching the photos and the video for this to be acknowledged, and I will be calling corporate for them to know how this establishment is running! BWW has never been one of the top tier place when it comes to services, but I'd never thought it would be this bad with the experience I had today. I visited around 7:40 pm and the business was slow. When my friend and I stepped in, there was barely any tables yet no one was there to help us, at all! We paddle through takeouts/kitchen/dining area/and bar. We couldn't find anyone to help us. In the end we waited a bit more by the door and my friend finally got tired of waiting and decided to browse through again, and we find this lady sitting in the corner of one of the table by the bar area on the laptop to be the server! She even had her back against us so we thought she was a customer all along... Anyway, I asked her if it'll take a while to be served if we dine in since we had to be somewhere in about an hour, she says no, that's why we chose to stay. We requested 15 wings in 3 different flavors in all flats. When foods were finally delivered, we noticed the wings weren't all flats so she immediately took them back and say it'll take a bit longer to prepare for us knowing we're running short in time in the first place. Later wings were delivered but with extra pieces, we thought it would be compensation for the mistake and wait so weren't too bothered by it. But the wings were half cold probably were picked up from the previous order. In the end, we saw she put 20 pieces instead of 15 pieces on our check..I was unhappy and called her over, she says that's an easy fix and just took the rest of the wings from our table (we had about 8 pieces left that we couldn't finish) and adjusted our check. Her attitude was dishonest, arrogant, and like she did nothing wrong. Only thing she ever admit with a "my bad" was for the flat wings. Everything else was bad, from hunting her down in the beginning to billing us extra wings hoping we wouldn't find out. I don't see how BWW is ever gonna get better with these horrible people they hire. No matter how much I like the wings and the sauce, these services are really out of control and require serious attention and additional trainings.
By the way, I just remembered we requested for carrots and celery, that was never delivered as well... Service was just...
