This was my first time here. This place was really nice. Well kept and comfortable atmosphere which is important during a global pandemic. They do have pandemic procedures in place to keep customers and employees safe. The owner, Ms. Nish, was very welcoming and cordial. As a man, I thought it was very cool and unique to have all female barbers. And as a business minded individual, it was great to hear how her business evolved and developed over the years.Now lets get to the haircut! I came into the shop looking like a grizzly bear that just awoke from hibernation (i wasn't tryna go nowhere all pandemic!). She really took care of me and I was finally able to see my face and hairline again lol. Oh and the Hot Towel is quite wonderful! I would definitely recommend their namesake service. The Hot Towel Barbershop is amazing! I felt so comfortable coming in. It's aesthetically pleasing and smells wonderful upon entry! They even have a little library in the front for kids to read while waiting! I love seeing that! I went in on a Friday evening to get my locs re-twisted for the 2nd time by Nadia. I must say, my hair has grown noticeably since the last time I've seen her!! :D She made my scalp feel so clean and refreshed after my wash.
