The lady (Anahi) who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and showed us various options. She made sure we had all of the information we needed, answered all of our questions, and even helped us get the mattress on top of our van. Recién acabo de comprar un colchón de resortes Twin Size para mi hermana pequeña en esta tienda. Resortes y espuma. Al llegar a la tienda, un miembro del personal nos atendió, nos mostró opciones diferentes, en calidad y precio. Compramos uno en $60 dólares, el cual estaba en exhibición en la entrada del local, a la intemperie. El miembro del personal nos aseguró que era "nuevo" el colchón, pero era la única pieza de dicho producto que quedaba en stock. Nos decidimos por ese colchón, ya que era una solución temporal. Al llegar a casa, sacamos el colchón de su nylon. Estaba manchado de amarillo, supongo que es el resultado de la exposición al aire libre, además estaba roto en la parte posterior, tenía los resortes incrustados en la tela, algo que un colchón "nuevo" no debería tener. Decidimos dejarlo tal y como estaba, y regresar al día siguiente (domingo), para hablar con el personal de la tienda.
