Update 11/1/21: NEVER AGAIN!!! The store itself is great, however the service department warehouse has been an horrific experience. First my sofa was sold before my scheduled delivery date. I went 3 weeks with no furniture after original scheduled delivery date. When my sofa finally arrived it was delivered damaged as the plastic wrapping the sofa was in had somehow been super glued to one of the cushions. This took an additional week to replace. 2 weeks later, my loveseat frame broke and was protruding out the back. Mind you, I am a single person household so there was no foul play that could have brought this on. I communicated the issue with Maintanence and they scheduled a service guy to come, he never arrived nor contacted me. I notified Maintanence if this and they scheduled again for the following week, he never came nor called. When I called the service warehouse they said the service man was ill and with the current COVID crisis I completely understood the delay BUT not the lack of communication. Thankfully I work from home and did not miss work. The third time Maintanence was scheduled he did not call nor show up again. I called the service warehouse with no answer. I text and was told my 1 year warranty had expired 3 months after purchase. I angrily called the sales department and a young lady called the service department on a conference call to inquire about my service appointment and the run around I had been getting. To my disappointment, my blue oversized sofa could no longer be repaired as apparently they only make 50 of each sofa and no longer had the fabric to repair. The worst part of this experience was investing in a $2000 2 piece sofa set, decorating my entire space, and when I tried to redeem my warranty my sofa no longer being available. I was provided a âidenticalâ sofa set in a completely different color. Let me emphasize IT DOES NOT MATCH MY DECOR nor is it anything like the sofa I originally purchased. Iâve invested so much money just to end of with 2 sofas that are not the same model, shape, color etc. the sofa I received in replacement material is very cheaply made. The grey sofa cushions are not stuffed like the previous and are already deflating. The replacement set is very low to the ground compared to the one delivered and overall a disappointment. I did not bring this concern to the store because unless they have another blue sofa set there is no way for them to rectify the disaster. I believe this is something the store should be transparent about prior to purchase that yeah they may have a âwarrantyâ but that warranty does not mean you will get a replacement identical to your original purchase. Itâs time for me to purchase a bedroom set and I will not give this store my business ever again. I do not fault the sales department but more so the service department. I will be reselling my sofas once I find another blue sofa set elsewhere as I will not be forced to redecorate my entire living space because of this stores lack of transparency...

We purchased 2 sets of sectional sofas along with 2 sets of tables .What we saw on display was a linen sectional & trusted her as our sales lady when she showed us an example in the computer that it came in a different Color but no mention of a different material which was velvet. When we received the order we called to request they make it right by giving us what we ordered since we hadnât opened the boxes. But since they have a âNO RETURN NO REFUND POLICYâ itâs like they didnât care to satisfy the customer only cared about the sale. It was more of the money part for them than to have a satisfied customer. Luigi the âmanagerâ was of no help either his only option to a solution was to give us the display that we liked in store that had been used & for us to return our new furniture them instead of doing the correct thing which was to give us NEW LINEN SECTIONAL that we went shopping for. We wanted new furniture not used or we would have not went into nova in the 1st place we would have went to market place or the thrift store if that were the case. He was very rude & tried to compare my shopping experience to going shopping for a car & asking for an exchange which had nothing to do with the furniture or any reasoning of helping us out. He said his manager is very tough to speak to & would only email him he said he would get back to me Friday & when I called for an update the lady who answered was rude as well & just said heâs on the phone with the banks & never got a call back from anyone or any update of what can happen to make this right & as I said THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER only as someone who will buy from them to get the sale. We will not be going back to Super Nova & itâs sad because Ana represents this store & that was the reason we went in she apparently doesnât seem to know the type of people she has working for her. They have a very THERE WAY or NO WAY TYPE OF ATTITUDE.    Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THEM ALL THEY WANT IS A SALE. AFTER THE SALE YOU DON'T MATTER. At first I loved Supernova but the 2nd time that we deal with them its a nightmare. Do not buy from them. We received broken and delayed furniture. The first time every thing was great but this last purchase is a NIGHTMARE. We initially bought furniture in January 2020 and our home was built and ready in August. We started paying in March because they said the furniture was in the warehouse then we check on on the furniture on June and they ordered the wrong furniture only to find out in July when we want to move in they tell us our furniture is no longer in the warehouse. So they convince us to pick different furniture and they deliver it cracked, broken and missing pieces. We keep calling and no one tries to help. I have been calling and no one answers. Please stay away from this horrible company. They will help you when you want to buy but dont care if something is wrong.
Deisy Ortiz was amazing she took her time to show and explain each design we were interested in. She helped us make an excellent choice. I highly recommend her, she knows her stuff. Our delivery guys Nicolas and Camacho were on time and very friendly. They made sure to be extra careful with setting up our furniture. They set up our furniture to look like a five star hotel.
