Ordered delivery, three meals for a quick family dinner, from this place through the WHATABURGER APP and received only cokes. I call the store, since it was their app, and they say that the driver left the food and that I must call her and have her come back to retrieve my now cold food. So I call the driver. She says I must call the store. So then I call have to spends hours on hold for whataburger corporate, who explain that despite the fact that the order for delivery was placed through the app with their name and logo, they are incapable of getting my meal remade and delivered. They instead offer to escalate my issue and four days later I receive an email from the store saying that I have a credit.
Despite being cordial, not once getting annoyed, making an effort to be nice to everyone (see my other reviews, I almost always am complimentary of food and service, I'm easy to please), at no point during this ENTIRE process did I receive an apology or an offer to remedy the problem beyond a credit from a whataburger employee. Not when I spoke to the store associate. Not when I spoke the store manager. Not when I spoke to corporate. Not when I received an email from corporate. Nothing. It would have been so much cheaper for them to offer an apology and store credit, or even to resend the order that night. But nope. They lost a customer instead.

Read moreThe cashier was extremely rude, she had an attitude from the moment we stepped foot in the building. We ignored it at first, but it became apparent as time went on. Especially when it came time to receive my drink cup I JUST PAID FOR. She said that we already had it. I looked around myself in disbelief and looked back up at her thinking it was a joke. My wife was sitting nearby and the lady claimed that "someone must have taken it." I thought maybe my wife took it and asked her, but no we even showed the cashier that we had nothing, and she wouldn't budge. I even tried to ask her for a manager and she just ignored me. So, I went to take my seat confused, and waited for another employee to help me. Luckily, they were kind enough to get me the manager, and only then did I get my drink. The manager talked to her, but it was all so ridiculous, and I just hope I never have to see her again! I was so upset about it that I was supposed to order a couple of meals to go and ended up deciding not to because we would probably have to go through some other riddle or something. We are thankful for the manager coming to our rescue, but Maria was out of hand! I hope it was just the eclipse in the sky and apparently in her heart making her so hostile towards us. Read moreI had my friend pick up my order here for lunch and unfortunately they forgot to give my friend our Vanilla malt, it was on the reciept and I paid for it. With that said, I called to speak with the someone and told them what happened. I said I understand that they were busy, and it was the busiest hour according to Google Maps. Abraham the manager on duty was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I told him I couldn't come back to pick it up as I was busy too. He not only let me come.bacm later for the shake but, he let me get the whole order again for the inconvenience and we had Whataburger for dinner as well!!! I appreciate that so much and it went such a long way with us. I didn't even necessarily want the whole meal replacement but, just the fact of writing the wrong and doing it made my other people happy and that's all that matters. Thank you Abraham and thank you to the night manager as well. This is the way customer service is done. I will be back often as possible and I'll go to this particular Whataburger when I do. The location was very clean, the store associates were very friendly and the food was perfect. Thanks again to you all for making a life...
