Worst experience ever. The vents and doors bottom of sinks and around the tub all have mold and are painted over. I have rats in the apartment and we have caught more than 8 but there are still more. They messed up the carpet and bit through the wall and cabinets. Theres also so much rat poop on my carpet because of it. There are ants all over the carpet in every room on the floor boards. We mentioned it to pearl and she said we were messy thats why which is complete bs. Our cabinets fell off within a couple weeks of us living there. When we mention things to pearl she completely brushes it off and never sends maintenance. Shes a complete liar who will tell u one thing then end up denying she ever said it. When my mom was living here they didn't clean the carpet before move in and when she mentioned that my brother had asthma if she could please clean it she said every child in America has asthma. Her door knob was broken for months and was never fixed you could literally just push her front door open because it wouldnt lock. CHECK YOUR RENT AND OTHER CHARGES BECAUSE PEARL WILL LIE ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU OWE AND OVER CHARGE YOU. Cars get broken into and get left on bricks almost every day. You will hear gun shots during the day. Maintenence doesn't even knock they just waltz right into the apartment. Turn around and go somewhere else its not even worth it. There are bedbugs on most of the units then try to blame you for it. Management sucks especially pearl. SHES A COMPULSIVE LIAR AND VERY MANIPULATIVE AND WILL THREATEN YOU. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT RENT...

If I could give 0 star I would DONT MOVE HERE,THE WORSE . Gates are always open Im about to turn a year and I’ve never seen the gates closed there’s hella pot holes on the parking lot that they don’t fix also the apartments are INFESTED in roaches !!!Kids are always playing on a non park spots with their BALL hitting other peoples WINDOW AND BREAKING THEM : RUNNING AWAY !!!! instead of taking actions it’s unbelievable and they DONT CARE I’ve seen about 10 people LEAVE this place within a year it’s horrible and DONT get me started with the TRASH, when we first got the apartment lady in the front desk said “ you got to put the trash INSIDE the trash can or else you’ll be getting a warning etc …” Girllllll the trash be all over the parking lot outsideeee the trash can and they don’t care ! Mind you they DONT even have cameras in the building last thing them little kids playing around be scratching peoples cars tooo sooooo just think about it again if you really want...

this is one of the worst place ever , manager is very rude Vilma Pollar over charges and has the worst ppl working with her in the office , apt have roaches all over she doesnt care if there clean or not she just want to rent so her numbers and go up and get bonus Maintance guy heard his name was Marcos is one of the rudes person treats his employes like trash, the manager needs to get fired she thinks she can talk to people with attitude shes one of the horrible people I have seen working there, I'm so glad I left , they wont even give you the corporate office number they give an attitude when you ask them for the number , Vilma Pollar is one of the worst manager I have seen in this place if only the owner knew what kind of people he has as a manger , and staff , there dirty and they give you the apt so dirty with roaches please turn around and walk away if you ever come across...
