Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

Normally this has been a great place to get fresh Popeyes Chicken but on this visit the manager was very rude and impersonable. When I attempted to place an order for a 2 can Dine that was on the drive thru menu and I was told they didn't have that but only had another special. So I explained that I was looking at the menu and he insisted that I was incorrect then asked if I wanted spicy or mild and I said spicy and I was asked to drive forward. Once at the window, I was explaining that I had a photo of the 2 can Dine special and the cashier said, "that wasn't me" then he looked at the manager. So once the transition was completed and I drove up the street and checked my order and it was the other special which was supposed to be mixed and it was dark meat. I had to return and go inside and the manager was rude when I asked why there wasn't any white meat and his answer was we don't cook white meat on Tuesdays. I really wanna give -5 star!!! It makes me so disappointed and sick! We order by drive thru, our order should be the meal with only wings and legs for side with mash potatoes, for drink with sprite NO ICE. Just see the photo! We actually got wings and white meat and red bean rice! And also they gave me COKE WITH ICE . So we went inside to show them what we got. They said they give us the correct order and didn’t let us return it! They charged for red bean rice even we DID NOT SAY ANY RED BEAN RICE! They said they were out of legs so give extra wings instead but at that time they took away the biscuits which it should come with the meal! Unfortunately, when we at drive thru, the recipe was lost because of wind. If anyone who see this review, don’t go to this Popeyes! Because I have been lived Louisiana for 3 years, I really love Popeyes. No manager there, can’t understand what you say (the service guys all native language is Spanish, bad English) worst service ever I see in other Popeyes . You should choose...

I pulled up to the drive-thru I said hello four or five times no one else in the Drive-Thru line 10:35 a.m. in the morning weekday no one responded so I pull up to the window young Spanish lady took my order and the supervisor came behind her and told her don't take my order because I just pulled up to the drive-thru window and didn't wait on someone to take my order I told the Spanish guy supervisor that I have been saying hello on the speaker 4 or 5 times he got very rude loud and slammed the window in my face and pulled out his phone and started pretending like he videoing me the Young Spanish lady had already had my credit card in her hand about to ring me up but he was being so rude he told her to give my credit card back without my food worst experiments I ever had Popeyes need to be close that store down 9510 Beechnut better off getting some dogs to run that place wouldn't recommend anyone...
