Do not stay here!! Lastnight I parked my RENTAL car in a valid resident spot and it was towed because it didnt have a sticker. I explained the situation to the 2 ladies at the leasing office and they could care less. Their response was " you should have used the visitor parking", keep in mind that the parking lot is over crowded and most of the time have to park on the street. They also said I should have notified them and that is completely my fault. When you are dealing with car accident, insurance issues, car rental and other stuff, one or two things will get missed. The lack of consideration and understanding is unacceptable, specially since its a $220 ticket that you have to pay which will most likely come out of the $825 rent they charge that apparently comes without parking. Also the apartments have mice and roaches, this has been a battle all year long from time to time, some cars have been broken into, they raise the rent every year, and my breaker box has had problems since I moved in. Infested with bugs of all sorts. The manager I think her name is Jessica is a bully, (KAREN) and is extremely disrespectful to the ladies in the front and the 2 maintenance men that I saw. You would figure that a complex would have at the very least 8 guys, but I always only saw 2 and one of them only worked there part time. My friend referred me to apply and Michelle stated she would not give her the referral after the 90 days because they don't do that anymore. Later I found out that they do give current tenants referral discounts. It was an unpleasant experience also because I sat in the office and waited for twenty minutes while she sat in her office and talked on the phone with one of her friends laughing and joking. There was another young lady in the office too that looked uninterested that me and my wife were even there waiting.
