The people who work there are horrible and disrespectful like they don’t want to work there. I came inside to pick up my mobile order. Wanted to order some fries and they had a promotion on the app for a free biscuit. I left and the lady working the front forgot to give me my biscuit i called to complain how they forgot my biscuit. The lady she said she was manager said that when i come next time they will give it to me. I ordered my son that day some chicken sandwiches online went and picked it up in the drive thru. Saw the same lady who was working the front with a bad attitude told her and she went and got it gave it to me. And i was like hey you were the one who forgot it and she said with and attitude well there u have it. And i called again to complain to management about her stanky attitude and then the manager decided to tell me over the phone that they supposedly looked at the cameras and decided to switch up and said the lady put it in there which is a total lie because i did not receive my biscuit and decide to argue with me. First time and only time i will order from here people there are rude and have bad customer service and blame the customer for them forgetting. I mean, the food is fine. But the girls that work there seem like they dropped out of other Popeye's and were dumped here. Service is slooow. You have to repeat yourself a million times. It will definitely still be wrong, so after waiting forever you have to double check it, it will be wrong and you will wait some more.

It's not a language barrier thing either, I think these bulbs are not too bright. Example, one time I was in a hurry, so I asked if there was shrimp ready, or did they have to fry it, because I need it now and if it's not ready I'll order something else. This is exactly what I told her, I was the only customer. So she looks and says, yes, there's shrimp ready. So I order... And wait... And wait... And wait... And finally I'm like, where's my food? And she says they're frying it... There WAS "SOME" ready, you see, but only half an order. OMGWTFBBQ. Finally get it, ask for cocktail sauce... Hands me hot sauce. Went through the drive thru. Placed order and paid for it, then was told to drive around to the front of store and someone would bring out my order when it was done. Finally after quite a while, (other people who came after me had already received their order and left) the person who had taken my order brought it out. I commented to her about how long it took and she just laughed. I decided to check my order before I left to be sure they had given me everything because we've had problems with them not giving us everything we ordered and, sure enough, they had only given me half of the order. I had to go into the store, wait in line, and then wait while they prepared the order that they had forgotten. Meanwhile, the food they had already given me was getting cold sitting in the car and the ice was melting in the drinks. They threw in a fried pie for my having to wait.
