The massage was ok, I enjoyed the stretching, however I was specific in what I needed. Full disclosure I have been a massage therapist for 35 years so I am a little more picky about who works on me. With that being said I needed work on my feet, Achilles, calves, hams and ham glute the ins, left glute as I'm having some sciatic pain, neck traps, chest and biceps. I prefer to start face up which we did. She spent maybe 3 to 4 mins on my chest, misses my bis completely, didn't get my glutes like she should have, hardly spent any time on my feet, Achilles, or glute ham the ins. I asked 3 tomes to please hit these areas and she breezed over them.

The 75 an hour charge is way too much for the lack of quality of work I received. Should be about 40 or 45.

What I found amusing as they have you fill out a chart of what you need addresses. I filled it out circled what I needed worked on and even told the front desk and the therapist my concerns.

Would not recommend this place for someone who really know what great massage...

I went for a couples massage. I took off my sterling silver cross pendant. It is not particularly valuable, but it is sentimental. It was a gift from my boyfriend’s family to protect me, bless me and wish me well for my birthday and I wore it everyday 24/7. I took the cross off for the massage, leaving it on the counter next to the towel warmer.

I called back as soon as I remembered it wasn’t on my neck. It hadn’t been more than 10-15 mins. The staff told me there was someone already in the room and they would call back later after they check the room. Needless to say, they never called back, I called them the following day, they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. I explained the situation again.

I’m just so sad that I lost something so meaningful and that they didn’t seem to care. I used to like going there but it’s odd to me that anyone would take a religious symbol from someone else and...

Love this place! I arrived late for my appointment today. Surprisingly, a store manager was still allowing me to get into the room very quickly. They usually won't do that since this store has always been busy during late evening. I was just lucky to call them ahead of time that I would be late because of a traffic on a freeway. The girl who gave me a massage was very professional and knowlegable. She asked me my problem area and straight right into it. At first, it felt hurt but I felt much better after we finished the session. OMG!! I am highly recommended this place! These folks know what they are doing! Real professional!
