Universal Washateria — Local services in Houston

Wish i could give it no stars, no ac, no friendly staff, i had a bad expirience, i know how i wash my clothes and how much detergent to use depending on size, the machine i use was bad and i told the lady that was working there and blame me saying that i wasnt putting enough detergent and that i had to use powder one, i was so upset w the service that i forcely stop the machine i didnt care about her giving my money back. it was just a waste of money and time, i will never ever ever go back and also tell my friends not to go there either, i do not recommend at all, unless u dont care how to wash...

I used to come here regularly about a year or two ago. I remember the place being decently clean and cool. Well, I returned for the first time in a long time and it was so hot.
