Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

I went to the drive through around 12 pm. 9/4, ordered the popcorn shrimp box combo, got a lemonade and water. I asked for it to be fresh and my God they did not disappoint!!!! I noticed they put honey with my biscuit and when I say I have never had their biscuits and honey together. OMG, I ate my biscuits first, who does that ?! So anyway I told Siri to call them bc I didn’t get a receipt and I wanted to know who was responsible for my order. I ended up calling Ms Janice’s location on Lockwood, Using explicitly delicious language, but I want to give credit to the ones on Lyons and Lathrop for my delicious rant. My taste buds are still celebrating. And before I’m done reminiscing about lunch the lady at the drive thru even exchanged my coins to dollars for me. I own my own catering business, I do not discriminate in how they pay me, and I’m big on customer service myself and I must say that’s one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. I write all this say say keep it up, I do honest and genuine reviews about my experiences not looking for anything in return. You’ll are on the right track and I appreciate and celebrate you’ll today....

I generally love Popeye's at this location. However tonight was the worse experience I ever had. Fresh off work and stop to get food for my family. I spend 40.00 to check my order and find I'm missing a whole box of chicken. I got back to the counter and tell the young lady and she was telling the young man that made the order. He of course got rude with the girl. The manager was reading my order off the ticket. I stated to him calm and nicely that I had already received the sides i just needed the chicken and he straight got rude and told me let him handle what's going on from the back. well from that it was a wrap. Just know he probaly want get smart with another customer. I will not spend my money at that location ever again. Managers need to be more professional. You wonder why their employees act they way they act. Mangers...

I've been having chicken from this location since I was a little kid, never had any issues. Good food everytime. Unfortunately there's sone old bat that works the register who was rude to my dad and I today. Come to found out, the last two times my dad has go in there she was rude to him. This time I used a coupon and when she asked if we wanted spicy or mild I turned to my dad to ask what he wanted but she raised her voice and repeated herself. Very unpleasant, I work in at a restaurant myself and would be caught dead speaking to customer like that. She's in the wrong area to be acting like that, the folks around her don't play. She was an older hispanic lady...
