Zunex Restaurant & Seafood Bar — Restaurant in Houston

We were in Houston and Google lead us here to this place with good reviews. I had the grilled plate of beef and chicken fajitas with grilled fish and grilled shrimp. He had the lunch special fried rice. We also recieved free soup. Which today was potato. The service here is OUTSTANDING. not to be a complainer but i mentioned to Gabby that my beef was tough.. yes I had to use the app to translate.. but that's OK.. anyways . They thoroughly made up for my comment on the beef.. even though we did not want that or expect that. But after that comment they came and brought extra beef in a to go container that was tender and on point. And AS IF that wasn't enough they brought dessert as well even though we said no.. and they told me how important feed back is.. it was flan and very tasty. The margarita was pretty strong for folks that don't partake often. So I had another . We will return when...

Even after reading reviews of people saying they were blatantly ignored or treated differently, I still went in to try the food (because they are walking distance from my house). Its disgusting to say I honestly was ignored from the time i walked in to the time I walked out. I “Placed an order” just for the waitress to walk around serving everyone who came in after me. Sat there for 35 minutes and never received my food or an update on when it would be ready. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE, and wouldn’t waste my time especially this close to actual bars with real service. Terrible servers, terrible atmosphere, and I can’t even speak on the food because I was literally never served. Happy to say that have not and will never get a dime out of me...

Me and my friend were looking for somewhere to just eat and drink. When first entering they had very loud music playing , people were dancing and drinking enjoying themselves but you can tell it’s like roomy or only for a certain culture. However I had to find a waitress to be seated and I had to keep getting up to find the waitress so I could ask / request items. I ordered a jumbo margarita it was liquid down , wasn’t frozen at all & I also ordered the fettuccine Alfredo it was okay more soupy tasting. Most definitely rating 5/10.
