I'm all for supporting small businesses and well this is the first time I've had a terrible experience. This business has beautiful furniture but their way of conducting business is unethical. We agreed on charging my merchandise day of delivery which hasn't happened yet. They charged me the day I put my items on hold after they agreed! They've been lying about retuning my funds to my card, I never wanted to cancel just didn't want to get charged until day of delivery. I've called, text and emailed but haven't had any resolutions. I got hung up on when I called them on 3 way with the bank. I've opened a dispute with the bank which takes 60 business days. End of story I don't like being lied to and just want to warn everyone if you are buying something with them on credit and want it delivered at a later date they will charge you. This wasn't a special order either it was in stock but I didn't need it that day. I needed it at later date which they agreed to hold my items. Please read and be careful when doing business with them regarding credit.

Ok updating my review. Now I can’t get my merchandise for the items charged to my credit card because my COD order can’t be fulfilled. This is terrible terrible business. Researched and this business isn’t on the BBB. They own Hollywood Furniture too. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS MOM AND POP COMPANY. Their communication and customer service is terrible!! They try to scam you out of your money too!!

Well furniture finally got delivered and they had the nerve to leave all their boxes in front of my house. All my other deliveries took their trash, that’s part of delivery and setup! So from beginning to end this has been a nightmare purchase. Make sure before you sign and give them cash that trash is off...

My experience here was great. I bought a bed frame and couch, and was helped by Rick. I originally came in a month before my purchases to look at furniture and get ideas for my apartment I was moving into, and that’s when Rick gave me his information. Throughout that month Rick responded very fast to questions and helped me out on what furniture they have in stock/out of stock. He also helped suggest certain items that would go best with my apartment. He has a great eye for interior design and gave me great ideas on how I should create the aesthetic I wanted for my place.The day I came in to buy my furniture, Rick gave me the best deals, and was super patient with me. Rick was my sales agent. He was amazing from the time I walked in the store until the time I left! He did everything possible to decreased my upfront charges. He knows the details on the furniture pieces. I pick out one of the nicest sets but on delivery day the bed headboard was too large to go up my stairs to my bedroom it was 80ft tall it didn’t look this tall in the store, but immediately Rick called me as soon as his delivery guys told him what was going on, he said no problem I can find you something similar to that one as well as keeping it with your color scheme you already have as we are on the phone talking he sent me two other options to choose from via text. I picked one and it was delivered to my home next day! The delivery guys had to not come one day but two days to put the items I purchased together and they did an amazing job.
