I've seen the Warby Parker tv commercials, and thought how wonderful and easy it woild be to have everything such as uv, blue screen, scratch resistance and anti glare included. This makes decision making easy, leaving out extra costs. I found myself having to purchase new glasses and went to a Warby Parker store near me. They were about to clise for the evening and allowed me to enter. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I forgot my prescription at home, and was given a estimate on a pair of frames I picked out. I in formed the staff I would return the next day. I went in and different staff was there. I thought I would have to start all over. I was presently deprived that they looked up my info and within an instant they presented me with the frames. I had been buying my glasses from an online-only retailer for years, but I decided to try switching to Warby Parker since they offer lenses replacements in case your prescription changes (price varies depending on the type of glasses), as well as free lifetime adjustments. The customer service at the Baybrook location was superb. I bought myself regular glasses and also treated myself to prescription sunglasses which I’ve always wanted to get. Read moreI am disappointed with the service I received at the Baybrook Mall Warby Parker store, particularly from Sarah W. I had a scheduled appointment, but it was canceled due to a 10-minute delay, causing significant inconvenience after a 45-minute drive just to have my annual eye exam at Warby Parker.
While I understand there are procedures for late arrivals, Sarah W.’s handling of the situation was both unprofessional and passive-aggressive. Her explanation for not being able to service me lacked empathy and customer care. I am appalled by the lack of resolution offered and frustrated by the overall experience.
This level of service is unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of this Warby Parker. I will not be returning to this...
