Love working with Alex and i appreciate the love. Edit: 2 years ago i shopped with confidence with being trusted by them knowing i got my moneys worth, Everytime i go to baybrook mall i window shop at their store after i had already spent a good lump of my money with them. Every time i go i tell myself I will not do that again the sparkles and the experience of purchasing my first jewelry was a rush. Recently this year all 2024 I actually opened my eyes from the delusional i had in the previous 2 years since i purchased. It is my fault for the lack of learning and the lack of studying gold and diamonds. I have recently gone back to see what I'd get for my purchase whooo no even half of what i paid for. I went there by myself I backed out for the low ball i sent my wife for a test to go back there she was MOCKED, Chuckled and laughed at what i had spent still she was even more low balled from my offer. She was so sad and heartbroken she was being laughed at. Gold back then was at its lowest now its highest and man we did not get close for what the gold is valued now. I been there 3x to get my stuff cleaned and its always like a hassle for them because i didnt purchase something from them being that i purchased i already purchased"VSS diamonds" as they claimed. They take advantage when they see the money and what they can make and make people look dumb when them come back couple years later not knowing who they sold too. This place absolutely will laugh at u and make u look ridiculous and make u feel soo horrible and ashamed of yourself.. this place is considered a Bullying zone and how the world is working heck yea they hurt my feelings soo much.. will never come here ever again after bring laughed at and humiliated. My experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. Came to purchase a ring for my daughters Quinceañera, for those who don’t know, it’s a birthday celebration of a young lady becoming a woman and turning 15 years old.

The first initial interaction with the jewelry ash was to purchase the ring, engraving and sizing. I was told it would take a week and a half to receive the ring and be available to pick up. I did not receive my ring for over a month and a half after my purchase. They would never answer my phone calls or text messages, the only way I received any update on my order was to come in store and ask, even when that was done I was treated with l disrespect from the owner, the owner told me he would now handle the situation and would give me a call the following day and I still never received anything.. I still never received a update or any kind of communication from this company and its owner, I even had the owner tell me him self that he was going to personally contact me with a update, that never happened still constantly I had to come every other day to check on a update bc I was not getting any responses or call backs

THEY KNEW THEY WERE IN THE WRONG !!! This company has no customer service etiquette even after all was said and done and I FINALLY received my ring the least they could have done was apologize. A discount would have been nice to appreciate your customers but I didn’t get one single apology or anything. All they did was continue to talk disrespectfully and try to RUSH ME out of the store.

Bought this $800 bracelet for my sons first birthday. The first picture is the first time we got it, which it’s obvious how off center it is. Some links were starting to come off & The L fell off & we took it back & to get it fixed & asked for the letters to be centered as well- paid $60. The L was replaced with a lowercase l & only the K was moved over & was crooked. Just didn’t look good at all. Talked to Alex who is supposedly the owner & he said he was going to tell his jeweler to re-do the entire letters & make it even & straight- also seemed annoyed with us. Took 2 weeks, I got it back with the correct L but obviously not redone because it’s still not centered correctly, even letters, etc. so I said that, & some other guy that was there wanted ME to make with sharpie where I wanted the letters… because the jeweler apparently doesn’t know how to make anything even himself? At that point I said that’s not my job to do that, he should know how to make something straight so nevermind we’re done dealing with this. We had this bracelet for maybe 3 week since October. It’s just a bunch of kids trying to run this place. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews about the fake gold & bad service before I bought anything. This bracelet probably isn’t even real gold but we’ll find out in a few days. The only person that was actually nice every time I had to go in was Alex little brother.I get it’s not a 5k piece of jewelry but that shouldn’t matter..Save your TIME & MONEY & go anywhere...
