DNC Computers & Smartphone Repair Warren — Local services in Howland Township

I just bought a new phone, tax return season is the best time for that, and just a couple days after I drop it, no case because unless you have the newest apple or Samsung they don't have them, I tried to exchange it with no luck, I called place after place from broke a** phones to CPR and not one of them had the part, i wasnt offered any options for my Motorola, and they didnt even offer any solutions, i just about gave up and eas about to learn to love my new busted phone the best way I could when i stumbled on some sage wisdom from one of folks i asked, and to DNC i went, i didnt expect much when i first called i hurridly told them the phone type and the issue and i was met with a voice that said let me see real quick and even better they let me pay half down and the rest after the repair, surprisingly for cheaper than i had even thought I paid next to nothing for my glass replacement and I dropped it off and not even two hours went by and I was already on my way back to get my repaired phone, id go as far as to say by the time you got to a computer, and read this review your stuff computer or phone would probably already be fixed and ready for pick up, I really can't say enough good things about this place and the people there, the lobby was very well put together, clean and organized which you don't find in larger stores especially, and when i got my phone back even though its new I could swear it looked cleaner and if you have a broken android phone seek no other place, your search is over, THIS is the place we all know android phones never have service options especially around the Youngstown area thank the stars we have DNC, and to any haters, go ahead and break your phone because even you cant...

I cannot say enough good things about DNC computers! Dan is the most professional, polite and down to earth person I have ever met! He is also the most knowledgeable when dealing with computers/electronics and would be impossible to find someone that does the quality of work he does. Our company computer hard drive failed a couple weeks ago and luckily he was able to recover the information and build us new pc tower. The system is replacing a 10 plus year old computer that’s not only fast but at a cost that was excellent! You will not find anyone more honest than Dan. A year earlier our old system was getting slower and would not update. He never tried to sell us a new system a was able to install a newer operating system & keep it running a while longer. He also came to our house and helped us with files, updates, setup, etc. and everything works flawlessly. He truely cares about his customers and goes above what anyone else would do to help people. If you ever need service on your computers, phones etc. Dan is the best out there. His quality of work, wiliness to help people and honest work ethic/friendly personality is becoming rare today. Was recommended here because they are a smaller shop that helps people instead of businesses. I told them my issue with my RAM over the phone and was trying to see if I could get some testing done. The guy said he didnt have any DDR5 ram in stock and that seemed to be the end of the conversation. You would think, being a repair shop, he would've tried to ask me if I wanted help with the repair/testing. Instead it seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone. Would only recommend if you go inside the shop and show the guy money, he might be interested then I guess?

Edit: Owner just called me back and cussed me out and threatened me over the phone for my review here... He said his business as well as fixing computers, they fix attitudes as well. But if he's able to fix attitudes as good as he fixes computers I dont expect too much fixing to happen... learn how to do...
