Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

Today I honestly did not have any intention to stop at Subway, but something in my spirit told me to stop today. I have been really having a tough time lately and I went to order my sandwich. This young lady who was an angel on earth assisted me with my order. Her name is Ava. She was asking me about how I was doing and she could tell that I was down today. She encouraged me today and she also prayed for me. When my order was completed, she blessed me with my sandwich. I never expected to receive the blessings that I did today, but it was honestly something I really needed today. Just the whole situation was at the right place/right time for me. She was truly a blessing to me. Not because she blessed me with my sandwich, but because you could tell that she was truly genuine. I am a business owner and I exactly mirror to my customers daily what she was blessing me with today. It was so nice to see that someone was like me and wanted to make a difference to those that they interact with. It was more of a you had to be there moment, but I cannot tell you enough how much this young woman truly blessed me today. It was as if she was heaven sent to encourage me today. Guacamole on my sub was awful and tasted bad. I told the girl and she said well, its good tomorrow and I said but its bad. Can you make me a new one and she said you'll have to pay for it. I told her to forget it but if I get sick I'll just sue! She shrugged her shoulders and said I'm not a manager and one is not here. I walked away and was trying to scrape off the guacamole and then she called me back up and said she called the manager and she could make me a new one. So I took it up to her and she was starting to make me a half and I paid for a whole so I told her and tried to look over the counter at my sandwich and I said you don't believe me?? You want to see it?? And she said no. After that she had a major attitude problem!! Wont be back there...

We’ve ordered from this subway a handful of times because it’s super close to our house, not one time has our order been correct.

Whether it’s not toasting the sub, not adding bacon or avocado that you extra pay for, or even just getting one made normal and having them forget to put any sauce on it. We even ordered once online and they told us after we went to pickup the order than an item we ordered had been discontinued, but they could refund us. It wasn’t a lot, but $12 is still $12.
