H-E-B Curbside — Local services in Hudson Oaks

We ordered from the curbside at this HEB for the first time and chose delivery. The order was wrong, we were not contacted about items they didn’t have and our produce was not good quality. I don’t understand how/why they don’t contact the customer if there is an issue with the order. Supposedly you have to add in the notes section that you’d like to be called if something is out of stock. I am afraid to order my groceries this way again because I fear the order will be wrong every time. I have heard from many other people that Walmart is the best place to order a curbside grocery...

We were excited to visit considering all the hype with people standing in line at HEB openings. We were disappointed. We found it hard to find items and thought the shelves and signs were too high. We also did not feel the aisles were accessible for mobility impaired persons. We also did not care for the Aldi type set up of the veggie department. There also we found the height of the shelving constrictive. We were definitely underwhelmed. We don't feel there is anything special to draw...

The only reason I give it 4 stars, instead of 5 is because the curbside prices are higher than their in store prices. The wesite even says that prices may vary and they do. An example is the peeled garlic cloves $3.29 in store, $5.19 curbside.
