I recently visited Dairy Queen with my friends and as a vegetarian I was disappointed to find that there were limited options for someone like me. While Dairy Queen is known for its delicious ice cream treats I was hoping for more variety in their food menu. Upon reviewing the menu I was disappointed to see that most of the food items included meat as the main ingredient. There were only a couple of options available for vegetarians such as the salads and a plain cheeseburger without any meat. I opted for the cheeseburger and while it was reasonably satisfying it lacked the flavors and texture that I associate with a fulfilling vegetarian meal. The patty was made entirely of cheese and while it was a unique concept it left me craving something more substantial. I was also disappointed with the lack of vegetarian-friendly sides and appetizers. Most of the options were centered around chicken or beef leaving little room for choice for someone seeking a meat-free alternative. The saving grace of my visit was of course the ice cream. Dairy Queen is famous for its soft-serve treats and their signature Blizzards and sundaes never disappoint. I indulged in a delicious Oreo Blizzard and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The ambiance of the restaurant was typical of a fast-food chain with a clean and comfortable seating area. The staff were friendly and accommodating which added to the overall pleasant experience. While I understand that Dairy Queen primarily focuses on catering to meat-eaters it would be great to see them expand their vegetarian options. Adding items like veggie burgers alternative protein substitutes or even a wider variety of vegetarian-friendly sides would go a long way in providing better choices for those who prefer not to consume meat. In conclusion while Dairy Queen falls short in terms of vegetarian options it still offers delightful ice cream treats that can satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. If you're a vegetarian I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more substantial meal but if you're craving a tasty ice cream dessert Dairy Queen is definitely worth a visit.

Stop here at the Dairy Queen in Weatherford Texas to grab some lunch. I got the four piece steak. I asked I could substitute for the fries and he said yes I could substitute onion rings. I asked if there was an up charge and he said no. When I got my food and sit down and I looked at the receipt and there was a 99 cent upcharge for the onion rings. When I ask about the up charge, they said oh yeah, he made a mistake. They did nothing to correct the problem.

My mother and grandmother walked in at 8:34 pm to use the bathroom and order a drink and fries. The manager Roxann proudly told them they were closed. When they came out and told me I said no they don’t close till 9pm. I went in walked to the counter and that same manager still had that attitude and refused to give me the General Manager name. Sad to see this is how people in the community are treated!

Went in Tuesday night with my familiy, my husband and i ordered the tropical blizzard and the kids chocolate dipped cones, as always. It took them about 15 minutes to take our order and i understand it was busy but a "ill be with you in a moment" would have been nice. Ok so we get our ice cream & with blizzard they always flip them over well not this time, the girl literally threw them over counter, so i get them and my husband said its watery this time & yes it was. It was as if i ordered a cup of soup, well no wonder they didnt flipp the blizzard over cause they knew damn well it was going to spill everywhere. I go up to the girl that threw them on counter and asked her if its suppose to be like that and her exact answer was the ice cream is soft, well im surprised my kids cones didnt fall over. When we were sitting down the other girl had made one for a drive thru customer and what do you know she flipped that blizzard and it wasnt watery like ours i thought ice cream was soft so why was theirs notmal and ours not??? Very very disappointed because we go in weekly and to see that they didnt care that we were not satisfied is very...

Growing up with dairy queen was always a treat. Finding it hard to find one that’s how I remember them is most difficult. So today we drove 25 minutes to eat at this concept. The Hudson oak Dairy Queen needs some re training for the staff ands management. As a patron expecting hot food served its of course disappointing when you get items that are to be hot, served cold. When you bring it to the attention of the manager and you are greeted behind the cook line very rudely that your fries are cold they’re warm. Now I believe in good customer service and this is definitely not how you address a complaint. Going further about this when it was brought to the manager it was the manager who spoke this way and it didn’t stop there. She started yelling at me in front of the entire restaurant. This is beyond un acceptable behavior. Food was great except for the fries, which was replaced along with the bitter attitude from manager. I personally will not return to this DQ location based on my experience with the lack of good...
