This is the 3rd attempt to try HEB bakery, and honestly wouldn't recommend to a person I disliked. First time 1yr ago the cupcakes were dry and but they still tasted good. My SIL tried for their wedding 1.5 yrs ago and they absolutely messed up the entire order. Didn't have it on file after it was confirmed the day before for pick up. Then it was the wrong flavors. Still tasted ok but still not the quality paid for. Today tried to order for my daughter's bday. Figured we would give them another try. Not only were they short and rude to myself but to other customers too. When I asked questions of what they might be able to do to customize our order they proceeded to talk to me like I was an idiot not knowing the ins and outs of their operating business. Didn't bother to explain anything or try to put an effort for the sale. The kindest thing I got out of someone was a "hi have you been helped yet" After standing there waiting for 15 minutes and other people who hadn't gotten there after I did or helped out first. The quality can be there. But the service...
