After meeting with three different designers who all told me the same thing—that my kitchen space was too limited and nothing could really be done—I was starting to feel discouraged. Then Dori came in and completely changed the game. She saw potential in the space that no one else did.

Dori came to our home and we sat together in our small outdated kitchen and we brainstormed for hours. She helped us focus in on our design style, our vision and our expectations. Little did we know the enormity of every decision we would need to make in the coming months. Dori was supportive and creative and fun to work with and kept us on course. Her design of our new kitchen and bathroom was perfect down to the smallest detail. She was there with us to pick out cabinetry, knobs, flooring, countertops, fixtures and all the many details that are needed to direct the construction team. We asked Dori to help out with some stubborn design problems in our home and we found her to be creative and helpful. She came to our house and was able to quickly assess it and give us an idea of how she would approach each question/problem. She was honest about cost and did not try to exaggerate any of the problems or upsell. Ultimately we did not go with her design for my husband's office because the plan for a custom desk was too expensive, without changing the desk we were less motivated about changing other things in the room.
