My husband and I decided to try out this restaurant for our daughters birthday. We saw the reviews and said why not? Upon arriving to the restaurant, I was so so impressed. Walking in, I could feel a restaurant that was filled with the love and hard work of its leaders and team. It was my turn in line and I could immediately spot the owner- so detailed in her work, lovingly helping her team, and spreading her knowledge and enthusiasm about the healthy delicious food being created behind her. I got the Friday special Brazilian one pot bowl, my daughter got the butternut squash Mac and cheese, and my husband got the veggie burger (let’s not forget the brownie, either). Everything was so delicious. I could tell their food was not made with all the oils and junk you’ll find anywhere else. All so guilt free and my body loved me for the choice I made.
The leaders and team truly believe in what is written on their backs “let food be the medicine.” You can see all the organic options in the cooking area, healthy ingredients listed out and, best of all, you can really taste it in the quality of the food. When you walk into a place like this, let’s not forget that the hours being put into the physical location is not the only thing that we are consuming. We are consuming the research done for countless hours to ensure that we receive high quality organics- the health choices being made by leaders to serve what is better for us rather than what is more convenient and profitable for them.
As I told the owner, I am so impressed. Especially for a business that hasn’t even been up for 2 years. Wow. You would...

The service was great (they don't serve you like a traditional restaurant for everything. You order from the front and get your drink when they call your name, but will serve you your hot meal if they aren't crazy busy), they were welcoming, kind, provided great suggestions and were very willing to make any allergy or special requests.
The food is basically all homemade in-house even their Vegan burger. It was SO GOOD! Their smoothies; fruit or more savory like peanut butter/whey/vegan protein, was incredibly delicious. They were not overly sweet but I definitely felt I was drinking a smoothie. The best way to describe it, is that it didn't taste " overly healthy or gritty", but tastes incredibly Wholesome made with very high quality ingredients. Truly. Try it. You will understand what I mean.
I met the owner Rose. She was incredibly friendly and even greeted me and others.
For Vegan, Vegetarian and even those who don't typically eat a specialized diet. This place is for you. I would recommend this restaurant to...
Read morea point being made organic is more fraud then real many of those organic crops are patent seeds that the government approves for clean growth. some of the best seasonal produce is not organic such as strawberries and wild blueberries. McIntosh apples ( not the clones found at grocery chains) are really sweet and delicious. bell peppers especially yellow and orange never seen in the 1980s same with seedless banana and grapes. alot of knowledge about that. the coffee here is not organic it's as good as gold based from worcester it's cheap quality one of the reasons why it would be hard to sell. best organic coffee such as counter culture brand it's expensive though. Although different from what has been opening in Hudson low end and fast food except a few It's a nice place for a healthy lifestyle choices. It's also run by a couple of Brazilian women more concerned with quality over budgeting on pennies and restaurants are getting more expensive to operate. You know you can leave a tip if you finish the meal off considering it will...
