Poor service based on stressed out workers!!! My wife got call they were out of a prescription for our child and it asked them to call to order or to go to another location. She callsā¦.40mins on hold. They refuse to look up if Iām stock anywhere else. Tells her to call. Wonāt answer question if issue of another store has it for it to be picked up there. Hit hold button without notifying her and then another person comes on phone. Says system is down and they canāt look at anything. Okā¦understandable if so but if you donāt tell someone at first sounds like you are just brushing them off and trying to not give customer service. She again asks questions about the transfer and if she has to call back and women says no and it will be fine if location has it. Ok⦠no Problemā¦.wife goes to hang up and lady goes āoh we actually have thisāā¦..puts wife on hold. Calls my wife rude cause she says āoh my god you got To be kidding meāā¦..(after she has been on phone for an hr now with an Autistic child screaming for their medicine). Gets back on phone and yes they have it and will be ready in hour. Why yes awesome they have it, but why the hassle??? Wife explains she wouldnāt have been rude or given attitude had she not felt brushed off. Do better service and customers will be nice! Especially considering I was standing right there waiting for it, and I was the only customer in line, she could have filled it within two minutes and I would have been out the door. She said she could have it ready the following day, but it still says āin progressā in the Walgreens app. Now I tried to pay ahead of time for the medication through the app, but Iām not even sure it went through. I said I could come back another day to pick up the medication, so I came back and the store is CLOSED early due to āInternet issues.ā Yeah, right.
