Standing Rock Gallery — Local services in Hudson

I’ve never had any difficulties shopping small and local until shopping here. While the products inside are beautiful and unique the customer service is truly abhorrent. The hours are inconsistent: I’ve tried to stop in on multiple Saturdays during the summer between 11am and 5pm and they are always closed despite their voicemail saying they are open. They don’t answer their phones or return calls. They don’t utilize their Instagram to communicate operational changes, which in the digital age is an essential form of communication. I genuinely don’t understand how a business can be so poorly managed. It truly baffles me how they are even still operational. Any shopper would be much better off going to any of the other art galleries within the Akron area that actually care about serving their customers (ex.
