I really do not want to give a one star but unfortunately today I will. My bf and I are one of the regulars there, we’re there once a week or every other week sometimes twice a week. We drive about 40 mins there each time and we have spent hundreds or maybe even thousands now because we liked the products and the staffs there but I think this incident has completely changed our minds. We like the “fruity smells”, I’m sure the some of the staffs there know who we are, the “Asian couple”. Tonight 3/3/25 we were helped by a snobby staff member “Flynn” not sure if that’s her name or not but that was on the receipt. We normally ask for a few containers to “smell” because we want the fruity ones. She suggested some but we shopped there so much we forget their names. Mind you, we only remember by the smells mostly and it was by the ones we have already tried too. When she handed me the jars I smelt it and told my bf we already tried this one and I remembered that section it was in too and the ones next to it and then I hear her say under her breath while walking off, “I thought you said you never tried it” I ignored it because it’s late, maybe she was having a bad day or whatever. Now this part is the interesting part. We got to the register, I wanted to redeem my blue ball I won so I could use my points for the 20% discount. She told us I couldn’t do that till I bought the stuffs and I told her the other staffs lets us redeem the points then I can use the discount and I know with the blue ball I have over 300 points. She goes, “I don’t care”. This left my bf and I speechless because normally the staffs there are friendly. I told her in a calm tone, “hey there’s no need to be rude here, we didn’t give you any attitude or anything and if you don’t want to help us we can wait for the other guy”. She then went on about oh meant what the other staffs did for us but she don’t care. By now she was just saying things to cover up her nasty attitude because she didn’t think we would say anything back about her treating us like that and I already knew she was annoyed of us by her body language before we got the the register. She then let me redeem my points to use after that and we left. What a shame, please discipline your worker or you’ll lose some good customers like us. -We really do like and appreciate the other guy working there tonight with her, he usually helps us but he was busy. I drive- almost an hour sometimes- to frequent this store and have not had one bad experience. I am there, at a minimum, once a week and I also spend an exorbitant amount of money. To the people complaining about the staff not knowing some of the product- what do you expect? The first thing you notice when you walk into Vape Pro’s is how many different products they have (which is amazing, btw). How does one expect each staff member to keep up with the prices let alone a detailed description. This is YOUR job- as the customer- to also do YOUR homework. What the hell did you expect? You are going to a place where people SMOKE WEED. Maybe you forgot, but we are forgetful. Clearly you need a higher dose of whatever gummy you are looking for to calm your ass down. It’s not that serious. As for the dog, Blue. Blue makes my day every time I see him. Since I happened to have a scale with me when I got home I threw it on they're out of curiosity and instead of the four grams advertised there was 3.6 grams including one bare stem.

I called in the same night, about 2 hours after picking up, and the gentleman told me to call management and they would get it sorted out, i instead sent an email through their contact system on their web page and have yet to hear back over a week later so at this point I'm considering it a scam. I'm assuming that either the employees are pinching out of the containers since they are not sealed or something else is happening but almost half a gram missing is too much to chalk up to moisture loss so something shady.
