From the moment i arrived i didn’t have a good experience. There are two lines one for general admission, another for event check in. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to attend me. I booked an event here and was told my limit for guest was 40 people and there is a sign in the area that each party gets two tables. I was only provided one long table accommodated for 20, squeezed into a corner. Online it states your limit is 40 people. Online it also states one table is 2 tables put together. I was constantly told that my party had to squeeze into one 20 person table if not i had to pay 100 fee. There was another party happening in the same area and they had two tables (4 short tables put together). Why didn’t we get 2 tables also?

When i booked my event, the event department called me and told me that if not all my 20 jumpers showed up, i would get refunded for the amount of people that didn’t show up, which is not true. They didn’t even bring that up when it was time for me to check out. They automatically charged me for 20 kids and after paying I had to ask the party host about the guest that checked in. Had i not brought it up, they were never going to say anything. He brought me a list of jumpers that checked in and they included the guest of honor which i was told by the event department that the guest of honor is not included as a jumper. And even after he brought me the list of the guest that checked in, his response was that I can’t get a refund. Instead he brought me a 30 minute pass to come back another day to jump. Why would the event department call me and tell me something completely different beforehand ? Why even bring the list if you’re not gonna honor your policy ? I should have been refunded for 6 children that didn’t show up.

The cards for the arcade did not work and I asked for a refund for this and was told that I can’t get a refund for that either, that i had to come back to use them. Use them ?? They didn’t even work? The game stated they weren’t valid. My guest were uncomfortable, the staff DID NOT honor any policy or statement that is posted on the website or in person. There was no solutions to any of my complains other than come back. I’m definitely not doing that. I paid so much money for a complete disappointment.

We attended a party here today and it was chaos from the moment we walked in. You have to stand in line to sign a waiver electronically on the computer. Then you have to stand in another line to check in with the party. While we were standing in line, an employee came and told us we didn't have to if our party had already checked in. So we got out of line and went to the party room. Asked our party host for socks for our kiddos. He left and didn't come back.. Kids are ready to play so we go back to the front to find our host at the counter talking with other Employees. We then find out that each guest of the party had to stand in line. We spend another 10 minutes in this line. Other parents are losing their mind over the check in process and how long it takes to get in to play. We finally get our socks and get to the play area. Which is a disaster. It's poorly set up with unclear boundaries for different heights. My 3 yr old could go up one way but wasn't tall enough to go down the slide. Once he is in an area for his height, he should be able to do everything attached to that area. The whole place was filthy. The play equipment , bathrooms, floors etc. There is no adults in the play area enforcing rules so teenagers are in the toddler places making it unsafe. The ball pit had a thin layer of balls and the balls are filthy. Not to mention the number of busted balls poking my leg. The drinks were late as well as the pizza, their were huge cobwebs in the party room, dirt/trash swept up against the wall. The floors were sticky. Then 30 minutes before the end of our party, the host was offering to walk us up the front as if he was ready for us to leave. The entire experience was disappointing and we most certainly will not be back. This place does not have it figured out. At all. Should have stuck Urban Air. I will say the pizza was decent (although not cut all the way through and the Icees were good. The new GM was friendly and walking around a little interacting with a few kids. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING A PARTY HERE!

I was urged to tip my “party host” as I was paying my $520 bill, via Venmo or PayPal if I didn’t have cash. Excuse me, what?! The terms and conditions clearly state that a 10% gratuity fee is included in the party price. This is not what I was told when I paid the bill. I was told that my party host gets ONE dollar per jumper. This is clearly far less than I was told when I booked the party, not to mention extremely sketchy since there should be a way for me to add an additional tip when I paid for the party. Never have I once been told at a business establishment where tipping is an option, that I could PayPal or Venmo. THIS IS ILLEGAL! Income must be reported for proper tipping, and this is definitely not happening if a third-party app is being used for tipping.

Staff is rude and not attentive to parties whatsoever. I never even got the name of party host; she was so unfriendly. It was obvious she did not want to be there as she did not smile once and was not attentive to our party at all. Not once did she say happy birthday or anything to my daughter. All she really did was lay some tablecloths on the tables, tell me she would be sitting around the corner of the room, remind me a few times of how long we had left in the room, and deliver some pizzas that I was told I could serve. Why waste my time asking questions about my daughter’s favorites for the host to interact with the party if she isn’t even going to smile and make us feel welcome? Extremely disappointing.

Honestly, I am quite disgusted at the entire experience and my daughter deserved a way better party given the high amount of money that I paid.
