If I could give a zero, I would. I Was just there tonight with my daughter (11 years old) and the young girl working on my daughter was extremely rude and unpleasant. Was constantly rolling her eyes every time I asked a question about the Gel X. When she was cutting the length down on my daughter she kept rolling her eyes and very disgruntle when sitting back in her chair, as if we were wasting her time. I finally said to her, if she is going to continue to be frustrated and annoyed with doing my daughters nails then you need to stop and we can have someone else in the salon do her nails.

She then proceeded to cut each Gel X off my daughters fingers all the way down to the bed of her nail. My daughter pushed herself away and started to cry and she was scared since the lady was so aggressive, and my daughter felt like she was going to get hurt and cut by her since she was so aggressive.

The lady then had the audacity to say to me that I do not want to pay for my daughters happiness or her nails (not sure what she meant by this).

I began to get very upset and with this treatment towards my daughter and myself and I told her to stop touching her now.

By this point the young lady and myself where cursing at each other, which was completely inappropriate, however, again, no one in the shop began to mind the fighting and cursing back and forth. This blows my mind. The lady working on my daughters nails, packed up all her items and left the shop.

I asked the lady whom was doing my nails what that young ladys name was who was working on my daughters nails, and she said she did not know. I also asked the lady at the front desk what the young ladys name was, and she also said that she did not know.

Apparently the young lady was a fill in and not a permanent staff member, per the others in the salon shop, however, I find it very odd that it was end of the day and nobody in the salon tends to know this young ladys name. I could barely get the name of the owner/managers name so that I can make a call to the shop tomorrow to report this incident to the owner/manager.

I cannot believe that this all happened tonight with the my daughter. Completely unacceptable and this place should be closed down.

There are so many other nail salons in the area, I would definitely never recommend this place, stay away at all cost.

I will try to contact the owner tomorrow and hoping for a resolution to this issues.

And on top of all of that, my nails were unfinished and my daughter left with no nails, and we were still charged $55...

My first experience with this Nail Spa was great for the first visit, it was pleasant and enjoyable. My second visit, I will never go back. I went in for a Mani/Pedi and Full Set. When I walked in, it was unwelcoming and almost seemed like an inconvenience. The lady who did my pedicure barely did any work on my cuticles, didn't even ask about my calluses on my heels and if I wanted those taken care of, which I did. The lady who came to do my Mani and Full Set, I had asked if they could one hand at a time, because it's hard for me to reach over with my shoulders and back.

She scoffed like it offended her, and said she could do my nails at the desk, which is fine. When i went to the desk, I showed her the design I wanted, and she said she couldn't do that, so I showed her a second photo and she again said she couldn't do it, so I had to settle for just a singular color because she couldn't do anything else.

Then as I am sitting there one of the girls decides with multiple customers in the salon to mop the floor with Fabuloso which is a super strong chemical odor cleaner, instantly gave me a headache and caused me to have serious dizzy spells and vertigo. I asked for a rag or something to cover my nose, no one gave me one. Instead they had people with towels on their feet trying to dry the floor, but the place reeked of cleaner. At this point, I was done. I just wanted to leave. I hate my nails, I hated the experience and then they charged me full price for all services, even though I didn't even get a Manicure at all. She just did the Pedicure and Full Set.

It was a horrible experience and I will never go back. Don't go here for a relaxing nail experience! If I could give 0...
