This poor Plaza. I grew up in this town and remember the grocery store, Hometown Video, Target, Walgreens and a few more but it's been going down hill over the years with business coming in and not staying long but in my opinion that is happening all over Huntington. There's just no jobs here anymore and forced to look to other counties and cities for decent paying jobs but Huntington can afford a brand new Police Station and double the size of the county jail and basically double or triple the police force. Now don't get me wrong cause I'm not against law enforcement one bit cause I know and went to school with and played baseball with several really good guys on the force but Huntington city is not big at all. We used to be able to cruse and people would come from all over but now its a ghost town after 8pm....
Read moreKassie was always moving around the the Goodwill Store when I was in there with my husband and sister. She was always polite to customers and seems to enjoy her retail position.
During checkout, she asked if the glassware could be put into the clothes that were bought or wrapped in paper. I asked for paper, which she was happy to wrap up.
I hope to see her again there at Goodwill as she is definitely a delightful person who also takes pride...
