Horrible customer service! I broke the screen on my smart phone. Called them about the service they offered on a Friday and agreed to come in on Monday to have them look over the phone, order and purchase the part. I was going to be out of town all week so we agreed that I would come in on Saturday morning to have it fixed. They said yes, that shouldn't be a problem. I dropped it off on Saturday to be fixed. They never told me their tech was out of the office and wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday. I was only lucky to find this out because I stopped by to check on my phone later in the day. I payed for over night shipping which was only 15 dollars more for a phone screen That they needed to fix my cracked phone It was ordered on a Thursday and supposed to be there Friday But Friday came & I called but they had not received it and said they'd call soon as it arrived. By Monday I never got any call back so I called them and told them I would be there Thursday to get the phone fixed bc I didn't have time due to work Point is they did a great job fixing the phone but they charged me for over nigh delivery and I was expecting my phone to be fixed the next day. Yesterday my laptop locked up and a window popped up saying that I had to call a microsoft number because it was protecting me from malware. I recognized this same info from another time. Three years ago I called the number and ended up with a huge mess. The number I called was actually the malware number. I took my computer to Orion Solutions and it was fixed within two days.
