Awful customer service. The agents lie to you. I called to get the affordable connection program since I am unemployed at the moment. Never could get them to take my approval info. They just wanted to push all the gadgets they could on me. I had their service for less than a month and it kept getting shut off. 3 times in less than a month. Finally they said I owed a past due bill from years ago. Don't think it was even mine. I was working on the road traveling and never home for years. Why would I want Cabell tv when I was never there. They are such a headache to deal with I finally said to just cancel the service. It was down more than running anyway. Contacted the link below. Complete waste of time. Couldn't even verify old account as mine so they wouldn't even discuss with me. They did try to charge my card for that money again though. Wow;!!!!!! Unbelievable. Read moreI have never had worse service in my life. I am including ALL experiences with any type of service in my entire life. Words cannot describe how bad this company is. The first two months with this company my internet did not work. After a few calls a tech shows up and runs a new cable. Still no net. He says it's the whole neighborhood that has problems. So it's kind of a sorry about your luck kind of deal. I call again to cancel and they assure me that I will receive a credit for the service and that they are sending a better tech. New tech comes and hooks up the cable that the last guy ran. Last guy had it ran to my neighbors apt. Works now. Been a couple months and the service is working but have yet to receive a credit. Oh and they charged me 70 dollars for the guy to come fix it the second time. I call to ask about the credit and they keep telling me that it has to be a supervisor to ok the credit. Read moreThis has been the worst customer service nightmare. I've been without internet once an hour or so for over a month. App is horrible. I try to cancel my service and you have to set up an appointment to talk to someone. The same ones who told me today my wiring goes bad after 5yrs. Did nothing but talk over me and act like someone who does wiring for a living isn't as up to it as someone who works in a call center. I set up my 3rd appointment after she canceled today. So they can find a loose wire again I had checked just before tech got here. I pay $270 a month for about 90 min of service followed by 30 min down. If they don't check my wire nest at the pole this time they are taking it all with them. I would pay for any service there is other than xfinity again.
