Taco Bell — Restaurant in Huntington

I bought 2 mexican pizzas and they were not cut and there was just a small amount of toppings in the center of the top. The manager (who needs training) said that they measure proper amounts. If that were the case, I would have never called. It also wasnt cut. She said "it may have or may not have been cut". I called 05/27 at approx 10:45 pm. I HAVE PICS. I run business, and to call me a liar is unforgivable. May be or not be cut? Send this mgr to training. I wish I could display my pic of a horrible meal. No quality control. I wonder if she was the employee standing out back smoking when ordered and talking on the phone telling someone she is left out there in the dead of winter in the middle of a drug epidemic. Taco Bell on second Washington street is a joke. They denied me ordering food Because I had my Emotional Support Animal that is part of my therapy with me. When I went inside they told me I had to leave her outside. I have never had a problem with my animal till now. They can’t get away with breaking the law. I am a diabetic and then denying me food could have killed me. But I know my dog isn’t a full fledged service dog but she is there for my service for my well being. I felt hurt and humiliated because my ESA and I got turned away from ordering food. I want either 3000 or that place shut down and the workers fired. They don’t need to treat people with ESAs any different. But I will never try to or stop at that Taco Bell again. I want 3000 and that place shut down with all those workers fired. HORRIBLE...

i never leave bad reviews on places but after just witnessing an employee holler at a man who was waiting in the line (that was taking a ridiculously long time) saying that he couldn’t go to the bathroom until he made a purchase i felt it was my duty to report how horrible the service was here. it’s also a ridiculous policy that doordash drivers have to come inside to get the orders (especially since there’s no way to exit the drive through, you just have to wait). the pickup shelf was behind the counter, they could have just handed it to me through the window, but instead had to wait in the drive through with no purpose and then in the ridiculously long line when they could have just saved time and handed it to me at the window....
