Found them on a website and filled out to what I felt was the accurate condition and was offered 850$. I got this offer 1 week before the iPhone 16 drop. I sent the device the same day as the drop. Apart of me feels like they didn’t want to honor the offer because of that new iPhone release and now there website only offering 700$ for that phone after iPhones released date. However After sending it in I got an email stating they felt the condition was different and the new offer was 100$ less. My biggest issue was there was no description on what was so wrong with my device that cost me to lose a whole 100$. However in the end I accepted the new offer of 750$. I got an email stating the money would be deposited through PayPal. 3 days go by and no deposit. I called them and spoke to a manager who was very nice and assured me it would get handled that day. Which later on in the day a lady called me and found out someone entered the wrong email on there end which is why I never got my deposit. She assured me it would get fixed that day and it did. However when the deposited the 750$ there was some fee where I lost another 22$ smh. So I lost a total of 122.43$. The only reason I chose a 2 star instead of 1 starts was because of the two people I spoke to. They both were very nice and understanding and wanted to help me get whatever funds...
Read moreCellTech , Celltech, CellTechExpress.com- I went to their websites and put in my phone specs for a buy back. They gave me an offer of $185 for a 5 yr old phone that had some scratches on the bezel so it was marked as good condition. Their good spec is: Good condition is the most common device condition. Average wear & tear consistent with normal use but 100% fully functional. No water damage. Battery health must show above 88% for iPhones under Battery Health in the settings. Battery health must show above 88% for iPhones under Battery Health in the settings.
Again my phone had normal wear as indicated above but once they get your phone they want it to be like brand new but not sealed or it’s considered FAIR and they offer you $100 less. I would not take $85 for a iPhoneX in great condition with a brand new factory battery and always been in a case with a screw protector. Just had light scary from the case on the bezel (normal wear).
I will not do business with them again and I warn everyone else not to either.
In order for you to get you phone back you must but a usps label and send it to them or they will recycle your phone.
Once they have your phone they change the...
Read moreI have had ok experiences with this particular business in the past. However, I was not impressed with my latest transaction, and going forward I'll probably try a few of the other similar businesses in Huntington. I ordered and paid for a replacement battery, only to find out nearly two weeks later that it had not been ordered. Then, once the they had the new battery, I stopped in to have it replaced, and watched as customer after customer, even phone calls, took priority over me actually waiting. Once everyone had been helped, and multiple conversations had taken place with the phone "customer" (I overheard that they ended up NOT having what the caller wanted, so they ended up not really being a customer) my battery was finally installed. And in the process, my gorilla glass was scratched. So going forward, I would unfortunately recommend trying someplace else. And I'm slow to say that about a local small business, as my wife was a local small business owner for a while. However, this is the experience I had from my perspective as a...
