Burger King — Restaurant in Huntington

Today was the absolute worst experience I've ever had from fast food in general! My order was taken incorrectly wich I understands happens, but I will never go to this burger king again and THE REASON WHY is the manager. I went back around to get a straw that wasn't provided and let them know my food was messed up and the manager standing at the front counter said what does he want the bacon or the burgers remade. I told the lady at the window I wanted them remade. In wich he replyed with an attitude well I'm gonna need those back then. So I handed them to the lady then asked to speak to the manager he cane to the window with an attitude and I told him I wanted my money back he said well I'm a need all the food back then. So I handed him the food he gave me a look and slammed the window threw the food on a shelf and proceed to give me my money back. And said have a nice day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL coming from a manager and business stand point. What could have been resolved very easily and kept my business with nice words and a apologie was instead returned with hateful attitude and below poor comstomer service. So I went to taco bell 3 doors down.. Burger king in huntington has lost my business. GOOD...

Today was even busier pretty outside might have been windy but nice

First, the lady on the headset rushed us through our order like we were a bother. Then the lady at the 2nd window was blitzed out of her mind and only handed me two drinks. I had 3 and she handed me 2 drinks that weren't even mine but she told me what drinks I had before she even done it. I've been here a couple times and every time they forget something. This time they had us pull to the parking lot and wait on nuggets. Then forgot out fries and sauce. No biggie. Caught it before we left. We get our food and take off and the spicy Ch'kings we got weren't the spicy Ch'kings. So disappointing. We wadded through heavy traffic to get food here and go home to South Point.
