Laundromat is clean, nice new machines but the reason for the one star is the owner! I had a dryer that had ruined some of my daughter's clothes and per signs posted I always inspect washers and dryers before putting clothes in due to foreign objects. This dryer had nothing in it so I got one of the attendants and her and I searched the dryer and found nothing but black ink. As per signs I spoke with her and she agreed there was nothing in the machine so a pen must have melted in the dryer. I asked her about replacing my daughter's clothes and she said to speak with the owner. It took two weeks of me calling and coming by to finally reaching him as messages he never returned. He then told me that his maintenance guy came in and opened the dryer and found a loose pen sitting in the drum. This is after me and his employee searched the machine and found nothing. When I told him this and said that that could not be true he accused me of trying to lie and get something for free. When I explained that these were my 2 year olds clothes and that because of the pandemic as well as me having a 6 month old who spent 4 months in nicu that money was tight and that we could not afford to loose her clothes and that all I was asking was for him to do the right thing and take care of a problem that his machine caused. Now he sat there with some gold chains and rings on talking down to me acting like he was better than anyone who had to come to a public laundromat. Long story short. Selfish, greedy owner who doesn't care about any of his customers and only his profits. Go somewhere...

The facilities are decent but the customer service is not. DO NOT stop your wash cycle once it starts or you will be screwed out of your money. The sign stating so is small and conveniently faced away from the most expensive machines and there is no mention of it on the machines themselves. Our clothes were not even wet yet and still could not be refunded the ELEVEN DOLLARS we put in two machines when we opened them to add something to them. I've used this laundry mat for over 15 years and even though I love it and the owner is really nice and does his best to stay on top of everything. Sadly though there's a lot of riff raff that likes to come in and just hang out, charge their phones, tear up the washers and dryers, make a mess in the bathroom. It's definitely not what it used to be but the big washers do get your clothes cleaned and the dryers do well too. The ones that...
