BCD did not disappoint! We had all the floors throughout our home replaced, tile replaced around the fireplace, plus a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. Terrible customer service - from the very beginning, which should have been a sign. I had to call several times to receive an estimated quote. Grout was not even asked about until the day of demo, which I was unable to even view in the store. Follow up on when install would actually occur also required me to make several calls, as return phone calls from them did not happen. I was really impressed with Jackie. For a few weeks without even going into the store, we communicated on the phone as she researched prices for me and wait times on the hickory flooring I wanted. I ended up buying the Somerset 4" hickory and had to wait exactly 10 days, which is what she told me it would be. On the day it came in, she literally went out there with my husband and I in the sweltering heat and loaded about 4,500 lbs. of flooring onto a trailer. I will definitely be back for all of my home...
