This location is a hot mess and their customer service is below subpar! Today I visited their drive-thru and they only have one car ahead of me at the window but they take over 5 minutes before they take my order. I ordered the #9 Mexican Pizza with 2 Crunchy Supreme Tacos about $10. I pull forward to the window and a soft spoken platinum wavy blonde girl takes my payment. They hee haw around and then she comes to the window to tell me they are out of Mexican Pizzas and has to refund me my money. I asked, "I am not getting any food that I ordered or allowed to choose something else?" I suggested she replace my order with a #1 with THREE Crunchy Taco Supremes with mild sauce and refund me the difference. She hands me a bag and said there wasn't much of difference in the meals prices, so they threw in an FOURTH taco and weren't going to refund me my money that I over paid. It was like $1. Who does that? How is this professional in a business world? I told her I did not want a fourth taco and I still wanted my refund. So her shift supervisor with tattoos gave her the key to the cash register and she gave me the difference. I drive off and I did NOT receive any mild sauce AND the tacos are REGULAR NOT SUPREME!! So I go back through their drive-thru and wait this very drawn out process of taking orders. There were only two cars ahead of me and again I wait another 5 minutes. I speak up and I let them know I did not receive what I ordered, then a SECOND girl over talks the first one which was hard to follow hearing two speaking at the same time. The second girl said they can suddenly and magically make a Mexican pizza. Hmmmm. What changed and how are they able to suddenly make the item they said they were out of just 10 minutes ago? I said I just wanted the three crunchy taco supremes. I pull forward and they hand me a bag and in it there are only TWO of three tacos and still no sauce!! I told the platinum wavy blonde girl that I was shorted a taco and still did not get my sauce. She proceeded to make up excuses that they gave me food and I did not have to be rude about it. I told her Sweetheart I am not being rude, I am just trying to get the order that I originally placed and paid for. I also let her know that I was not being rude, but assertive. So she gives me another taco in a bag with a bad attitude. Now I don't want to eat the tacos because of the BAD attitudes and I have no idea if they did something to my food. What happened to good, kind, quality customer service? This location lacks accountability, being honorable, lack tac, lack kindness, & lack the ability to apologize for their poor service. They simply do not know how to treat their customers (who by the way actually keeps them in business otherwise they would shut down). I moved to OXR 3 years ago and this is the worst Taco Bell location that I have ever experienced and their service keeps getting worse, slower, ruder, and they hire low quality people who simply do not care. I keep giving them a try but every time I go there it gets worse. I will no longer support them! They serve broken tacos, food with paper-like things in them and one of the manger made an excuse up that it was animal skin. YUCK!! That is disgusting! They continue to cop attitudes, they keep getting slower and devalue the customers that give their business financial support. I have heard far too many complaints about this location and I am one who has experience POOR customer service countless times. I believe in giving people chances and the benefit of the doubt, but not this location anymore. Whoever are the owners, you need to rethink who you are hiring, because the people that currently work there do not care, act as if they can serve customers at their leisure when they feel like it, and they are ruining...
Read moreI have always went to this Taco Bell but just recently yesterday actually I have probably the worst experience with restaurant staff ever there has been new staff members and when I went to order the guy taking my order seemed really rude and I asked for a nacho fries box and a bean cheese and rice burrito and I requested that the combo drink was replaced with a large Baha blast freeze and the guy kept on getting really confused even though I stated everything correctly so I was standing there waiting on my order then I get handed the wrong persons order then I got my order and took it out to the car handed my mom her burrito and I looked in the bag and it didn’t have the nacho fries box it had bellgrande nacho fries so I took it back in and kindly asked if they can fix my order and the guy working that took my order kept going on and on saying that I got what I asked for and he’s confused even though my specific words were “can I get a nacho fries (box)” and I even pointed to it on the menu to show him that I asked for the nacho fries box and then they asked me to go get my food from the car which I seen as very rude and my mom had already ate her burrito because she didn’t eat all day and she was really hungry and i went and got bag from the car and just saying I know it got thrown away so there really was no need for them to ask for it back then they finally got me what I asked for but I paid more than the value for what I had asked and they didn’t give me my money back because the guy charged me for a bellgrande nacho fry and large baha blast freeze and since that’s not a combo the drink was wasn’t replaced so I got charged full price for a baha blast freeze and as I walked out one of the workers said have a nice day in a really rude frustrated way I refuse to order in person again until there is a better staff team do for now I’m...
Read moreThe location in Hampton Cove keeps forgetting part of my order the last few times that I had been there. Like, I could see maybe once, or here or there...but 3 to 4 times in a row, is absolutely absurd. There are also a lot of young and immature people working here. They tried to make me contact a general manager about a missing and PAID FOR; BOTH TIMES, crunchwrap, which was forgotten on my last 2 orders. I told the girl, he already said to just give me ONE to the guy ringing stuff up, and to not charge me for ONE. I said he told me they were making it and giving me one of the two missing crunchwraos; and that it was probably already made. She just put it in a bag; with the rest of the order thay I had placed; and paid for, and she handed it to me, but she did not seem very happy about replacing ONE OF MY TWO PAID FOR CRUNCHWRAPS! SO, I AM STILL OUT THE MONEY. ON A PAID CRUNCHWRAP, THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, BUT AS I SAID, I PAID FOR IT PRIOR! BUT, OH WELL! I AM TIRED OF DEALING WITH IT!!!
