Bren Took care of me and my mom at the same time showing compassion and patience as she allowed us both to try every option in mine and my mothers budgets! Mom felt cared about and listen to! Bren delivered perfect customer service! Not only did my mom get exactly what she wanted but at a very affordable price! She loved her purchase so much she called to let me know she felt bad I did not get a new mattress and adjustable base because she slept all night for the first time in years ! So, I went back with my husband and we purchased a new mattress and adjustable base also! Such an awesome experience searching for a mattress here! Bren, the manager, helped us and was so kind and informative. She didn't pressure us at all, gave us plenty of time to chat privately and discuss options. She has the patience of a saint! We sat in a dozen different beds and asked about a million questions--she so kindly answered every one and made sure we knew all our options. They are the only mattress store (S.O) in AL owned directly by Tempur-Sealy, so they get products quickly and at great prices. My wife and I were looking for a new bed, but were not too sure about what we were actually looking for. We went to Mattress Firm and then Sleep Outfitters where we met Brenda. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and knew her product well (I wish we did not waste our time and came here first). She showed us a couple of new beds, and after hearing our thoughts on the first two directed us to a third. We absolutely fell in love with the third bed! I have never had a salesperson actually listen to what my thoughts about their recommendations were and actually use that to find something that I love so quickly, plus this was making 2 people happy, not just 1!
