Bedzzz Express — Local services in Huntsville

My Husband Paul and I went to Bedzzz Express on Aug 14,2023 in Hampton Cove .We got there just as they opened. Ethan greeted us, and asked how he could help. I had already knew what I wanted to look at, thinking i had done my research. WRONG LOL. Ethan suggested something different after asking my needs in a mattress, and showed us 2 different mattresses. We chose The Sealy King Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point Soft. Ethan was very knowledgeable and very honest , we didn't feel pressured in buying any specific brand. We spent over 2 hrs in there, rolling around on the mattresses, trying every pillow in the store till I found the right one. Unfortunately, they had a computer issue that morning, but Ethan said no problem!! We were going old school lol. And hand written our order. The District Manager then came in and introduced herself as Jackie. She had asked about our experience, backed up everything that Ethan had told us about the mattress.I talked with Jackie through the process on delivery. She is soo personable,very helpful through the process. I am so thankful that We found Bedzzz Express !!!!! Our mattress was delivered Sept 9th . Delivery was great. The 2 young Men that delivered were very professional and courteous. I am finally getting the sleep, the rest I sooo need. If it wasn't for going to Bedzzz Express and Ethan, I would be sleeping on a ROLLED UP BOX Mattress. My body thanks you soo very much. Oh.......... And on their 1,2,3 Policy........ They are to their word. I found my mattress on sale, on their website for less than I paid. And was refunded the difference !!!!!!!!! Easily the BEST experience we have ever had when trying to purchase a mattress. Brian was a fantastic sales associate. We have been places where there is only one associate on the floor and help is non-existent, but Brian was an excellent multitasker! He welcomed and addressed everyone that walked through the door while closing a sale with one customer and pausing when needed to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and never tried to push the most expensive brand on us. He gave us all the facts and his ultimate goal was that we walk out comfortable and happy!
