MailPro Hampton Cove — Local services in Huntsville

I’m about 3 weeks behind on writing this review, but I hope the helpful and kind employee, Kam, sees this! Back in mid September I had previously used my local USPS to send certified mail requiring a signature for important legal documents, and the USPS somehow lost track of the mail (tracking said “in transit delay in delivery date” for weeks and still to this day it has not been located and is still “in transit”…to B’HAM!l)! So the first week of Oct I went into this Mail Pro and was greeted by a smiling face (KAM). I explained how important my document delivery was and asked for her recommendations. She was so knowledgeable about all of the different mail and delivery options, and she recommended the best option for me. I printed 4 pages as well as shipped out an express package and the cost was extremely reasonable! My package was delivered and signed for during the exact day and time frame that she said it would be. I knew that if there was an issue with delivery, they handle it all from their store and that was a relief to me! The owner came out and introduced himself and I told him that his employee was great. I told them both I’d leave a review online but life has been quite hectic so I’m a little late doing it. Bottom line is, I received excellent service from a very professional and knowledgeable employee. I’ll definitely go back for any other printing or shipping needs!...

My daughter and I just experienced the most horrendous display of racism and bigotry from the "owner" of this location that I have yet to encounter in this area. I own a small business that I run out of my home in McMullen Cove (and yes, I do have a license with the City of Huntsville). I mail packages on a daily basis. Today, I missed my mail pick up and our local post office had already closed so we drove down to this store so that we could ensure our packages would go out today. My 12 year old went in first and was refused service. So, I then took the packages and went inside only to be told that, "I don't receive anything from the Post Office for compensation and am not required to provide service to you." I asked for her to put that in writing, she refused, spewed some other nastiness until 2 other individuals came in and I told her I would be reporting her to the proper authorities and I left. As I type this, I am still shaken, that this kind of bigotry and hatred can still exist. That people feel they have the right to treat others with such vile. I will not be returning to this location ever and would strongly urge others to also find somewhere else to spend your hard...

Would not recommend. Individual at counter was very rude to customer that had been waiting in drive thru and had to come in since no one would come to drive thru. She stated her “customers” were the ones inside the store not the drive thru. Accused customer of “tossing” package at her when that was not the case at all. Package was heavy and customer was wearing a boot on her right leg (which was why she was using drive thru) and she was trying to get it on the counter. I pointed out that the customer did not do that and she argued and kept on with it.
