DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I took mine in to get a new screen and new battery, they put everything in fine and I ordered a charger port to put in my phone while i was there. After using my phone after they fixed it I noticed several things it was doing that wasn't happening before hand, so when i went back to get my charger put in i told them the phone has been going me problems since i got the battery put in there, i got a very rude response about how that wasn't their fault even though i didn't have these problems before. OK so whatever, i let them put the port in, well the girl didn't know i sat down and watched her work on my phone, most of the hour was spent on her own phone doing whatever. I walked up a hour later and was told my phone wasn't even turning on at that point to give them a little more time. Two hours later I get a call from them on my boyfriends phone and was told they will have to replace my phone, they were going to refund me the 20 for the charger and call me today (this happened yesterday) and let me know when my new phone will come in. I go to get my refund and broken phone and was told I have to pay this girl 40 DOLLARS FOR LABOR. So now im waiting around for a phone call to let me know when the phone will be in ( was told should be 7-10 business days) So if anyone is like me, and works from their cell phone and loses money everyday without it, DONT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR PHONE!!!! got my iphone 11 fixed here fast & great for abt a week i got their screen protector deal and had my case on and never dropped or did anything ' unhealthy' to my phone but the screen kept trickling into black, wouldn't turn the screen on (siri would work), didn't sense touch or motion at times, gave me a not compatible screen error message... so i brought it back & they called their boss & they said with no cracks or scratches on the screen protector it shouldn't be like that so they said they'd fix it for free. then i was out of town for three weeks right after but yet again the same thing happened, just no screen compatibility error message and other things got worse, like when someone calls it rings but the screen turns a dark hazy blue & doesn't respond for a while so i brought it in a third time & they said they'd put a (very) cracked screen back on & i could have my money back & i debated doing this but i was convinced otherwise & got it fixed. i am across the country now so i gave up but it doesn't work half the time now but looks...

I took my 4 month old iPad here to have a cracked screen replaced. I paid for it by phone and they said they would call when the screen came in. 3 weeks later I called and they did not show where I had ordered anything. After producing my confirmation email they fixed my screen. HOWEVER they broke my home screen button which is not fixable. They told me they would replace the iPad or give me 1/2 off the repair. Obviously I chose a new iPad. After waiting 3 months for it to come in the lady hands me a refurbished iPad with large chip out of the corner 😡 When I questioned her she said I brought in a broken iPad so they would not replace it with a new one!
