Jalissa helped with my purchase and she was amazing. My experience has been nothing but stellar at this location. However, I was already at the Hwy 72 Madison location and walked out. No one acknowledged me or said anything as I walked around the store. I walked right in front of an associate and she didn't have a customer. She looked at me and looked back at her iPad. I came to this location and was immediately warmly greeted. Not only did Jalissa go above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing customer experience, I felt better after having a not so good experience at the other location. I setup an appointment and went back to this location where Erica helped me. And now I can see where all the good service comes from, the manager. Erica was magnificent. Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a wedding band on Jan. 16, was supposed to be sent off for resizing. Called a month later to check the status of the ring, didn't get it sent off until Jan. 29, had a whole ordeal on finding the work order, told it would be in the following Friday. Called the store that Friday and got the same run around. 2 months in and still no ring, called and asked why it hasn't been sent back, tells me that it's in. So, I go to pick it up and they try to send me out the door with the wrong band! I corrected their mistake and told them I'd gladly take the ring from the showcase and be on my way, but they didn't have the ring. Miraculously they call 2 hours later and they have found the band and are shipping it out for resizing. Now nearly 3 months later, several phone calls, and a lost temper. STILL NO RING. I sent ring off for repairs .Over a month later I go in to check to see if ring is back from repairs to be told I have to pay almost $300 to replace the stone !!! Umm No I have not had this ring even a month and it falls apart a $1,700.00 dollar purchase. I have made 4 payments on a ring that’s literally junk .
