Five Below — Local services in Huntsville

Surprisingly well organized and clean. This 5 star is really for that and the one guy who had amazing customer service when my 2 year old, potty training daughter had an accident in the floor of the outside aisle. The other workers were not even coming around that area and it is the electronics section! I tried to cover the area as best I could to try and get someone's attention. A customer actually stood by and helped others notice while I went to the front of the store. The guy at the cash register was straightening up the area and I was able to walk right up to him to ask for paper towels and something to clean it. He offered several times to help me and he played it off like it was no big deal. I was happy for that because it was my first time dealing with this type of situation and I was a little embarrassed. That 5 star is for that guy. If you don't think people notice, they do. It matters and your being at that particular store...

I honestly wish that I could give 0 stars to the store. I am appalled at how unfriendly the Employees are. I swear they are all glaring, bad attitudes. You ask them about a product that online states they have. They tell me they don't have it. And they don't know where it would be at in the store. Not once, did they try to help me locate the item! No, they acted like I Was bugging them and that their job description does not include helping customers. I will never return to the store again. I bout wanted to cry at the check out. As she with an attitude told me it was too soon to swipe my card. Even though it went through just fine, it is an experience that I did not expect at this store and again like I said, I will not return. finding things in this store is a nightmare. It was so cluttered & unbelievably disorganized. The staff were NOT friendly at all! It was an awful experience. After I paid & we had left the store, we were still in the parking lot, putting our purchases inside our vehicle... I discovered the item that I bought had a visible price sticker on the outside of the package & it rang up a dollar more than the actual price tag had on it! I must say that I was so disgusted with the staff & the condition of the store, that I didn't bother going back inside. This was my first time in a Five Below Store & it was quite disappointing, to say the least!!! I truly hope that the other stores are in much better shape, & with much nicer folks working at them!!!
