My husband placed an order today with mallory for 2 sandwiches , the 1st one was supposed to be grilled chicken with mustard, onions, bell peppers, lettuce,tomato and cheddar cheese but they're was no cheese, no mustard, and the sandwich was so messy and thrown together I had to rebuild my sandwich in order to eat it, then my husband's sandwich was missing olives, also both sandwiches was missing the pickle as well. After attempting to call over 20 times(no exaggeration) he had to then go back up there and the manager John first stated he would only make half of each sandwich. After some smart consideration he then agreed to make the full sandwich. I also had my husband get the official receipt since Mallory doesn't give those out apparently. For all this trouble I could have just made a sandwich at home. Terrible service and they need to retrain Mallory on proper customer service. Shout out to the maintenance for double verifying that the phones are not working apparently my husband must not know how to dial #s since one the staff stated in a smirkish manner "they answer all calls". We won't waste our money nor time every again on this...

Waited in the lobby 10 minutes after 12 until an employee finally approached me and asked what I was there for. Errors happen and Iām usually very understanding, but this woman lacked in customer service. She said her answer to this was having me stand in the line for another several minutes to order again. I told her I already paid and she was just like idk talk to them. Like she couldnāt just make it without a printed ticket even though I clearly had it on the email paid for. I think they lost the ticket because everyone else with mobile coming in got their food just fine. Wouldnāt even be mad if the customer service was better but will probably stick to the firehouse in Madison from now on just due to this older lady in glasses rude interaction. On top of this, they didnāt even prioritize my order being made first and it took almost 30 minutes after my designated pick up time to get my food. And no, they werenāt that busy and there were 3 people working. No one even apologized about the inconvenience....

I informed the cashier that we have never ate there before and wanted to try it out. When ordering I kept having to repeat myself which was frustrating and when we finished ordering I didnāt realize that we had to order our extras there as well. I kind of thought it would be like subway⦠I didnt know any differently. I asked her about that and she didnāt change my order but wrote on the receipt and moved on. I held my tongue bc it just wasnāt worth it no more. So we waited and got our order, this cashier stopped me and I figured she was going to apologize. Nope, she gave me a menu and told me that I would know how to order the right way next time and this would help me. I told her if she would have explained to me in the beginning when I told her that we never been here before than I would have known. I got home and Our subs still didnāt get made right.
