1st Visit,6/30/23-Made Purchase-I had not shopped for a mattress for a number of years. I am so glad this Mattress Firm store is the first place I chose to look. It was such a pleasant, stress-free shopping experience. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by one of the Sleep Experts, Debbie, who is great! She listened & understood the issues I was having. I was interested in looking at the Purple brand which she proceeded to show me, encouraging me to try each one as she explained the features of them. She was very knowledgeable, readily answered my questions, helpful with suggestions, also provided me with several different pillows to try as I testing the beds. She was so personable, thoughtful, patient with attention to customer service. I never felt rushed in trying the mattresses to get my selection narrowed down. There was NEVER a high pressure sales pitch, actually no sales pitch whatsoever! The focus was on what would best suit my needs! With their 120 day Sleep Trial policy I felt very comfortable making my selection and purchase. Before I left, Debbie introduced me to the 2 other Sleep Experts in the store , Caleb & Ernie also nice who understand customer service. You know it's a really good experience when it ends with a hug- Debbie's & mine did! Totally satisfied with the delivery & setup, Sunday, 07/02/23. 2nd Visit,7/03/23 -Issue Resolved Once delivered, I noticed the mattress itself did have what could very well be a flaw. I went in to the store to, with the aid of photos, to help explain and find out if it was a flaw, what could be done. Once again I was greeted, this time, by Sleep Expert, Steve a friendly gentleman. After listening to the reason for my visit, he consulted with and introduced me to Manager/Sleep Expert, Julian-Steve pulled up my records. Meanwhile, I was explaining to Julian, in detail with the aid of the photos and the in-store display. He agreed it was a flaw, & a new one could be ordered to replace it. He also explained because it is a flaw I still have the full benefit of the 120 day Sleep Trial when the replacement is delivered. Just as soon as I agreed to the replacement schedule, Steve put in the order, and I had the paperwork in hand shortly thereafter. I had some additional questions for Julian. His answers were informative and very helpful. Shortly after I had concluded my business, there was an influx of customers. I was pleased to note that each and every one was being met in person by a Sleep Expert including Julian as they entered the store, greeted & given the attention necessary to serve them. Wonderful experience for our family! We came in interested in the Purple mattress. Julian was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. All our many questions were answered expertly. He gave us the perfect balance of being by our sides for questions and giving us space to talk amongst ourselves. We were shown many different mattresss and never felt rushed. He listened to our needs and made available all of the store’s options in order to facilitate them. We were given a contact number if we had any questions that turned up later. It was a truly wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to Julian and this store. We returned a few hours later to purchase our mattress and was helped by Dawn. Once again, very great experience. She answered all our questions with extreme patience and helped walk us through the financing aspect. We were given as much time as we needed for decisions and discussions. Our 8 year old son was with us this trip and he was made to feel at home, even rearranging chairs to accommodate him. A great deal of time was spent arranging a good time for delivery for our family. Dawn was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with payment information as well.
