I hardly leave reviews but I had to share my experience: Bought 3 clothing items- they didnât fit. Went back 2 days later with tags attached and receipt to return them. While waiting in line I saw 2 shirts I wanted to try. Went up to the counter to return my 3 items and buy 2 new items and the young guy working for some reason did an exchange-not a return and new purchase. I remember even saying hey I want to return these 3 and then buy these 2 to try. Never said exchange. (I never exchange items unless I know one size up will fit). I didnât catch this issue until I went back 3 days later (tags attached, with receipt again) to return the 2 shirts that didnât fit. They said their POS system canât give me debit card refund since it was an exchange (Which wasnât what I wanted). I had to have a merchandise card (gift card). I said well, nothing here fits me.. I need the money on my debit card. After 30 minutes of waiting there was nothing they could do so I took the card and called customer service myself. I took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails with Hollister to finally get a refund to my debit card. Long story short- PLEASE be careful when returning here. I literally had to go in store to figure out what was going on. The Store Manager Lydia did a great job of fixing the problem. Unfortunately after she fixed the problem I still got charged for the pick up order. So I drove all the way from Tennessee to Alabama to have the worst store experience with a Key Holder name Josh. He told me he wasnât there when the problem happened so it wasnât his problem. He was really rude, unprofessional, and lack management skills. He didnât help find any of the items I needed. He even threatened to call mall security on me when I told him I was rude. I told him to do it because I will be reporting him.    Read moreThe employees were mocking my daughter because her boyfriend was standing outside of the dressing room, making comments about her age and threatening to call me, when i called the store after my daughter told me i asked to speak with a general manager and they would not assist me and then continued to deny everything that was happening.
