Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Huntsville

I've never been disappointed in the food here, and I have been eating here at least once a month for the last 25-30 years. The food is consistently delicious and hot, and on the very rare occasion something was incorrectly made they made it right for me ASAP. I have to remember that this is a fast food restaurant, and since the pandemic 99% of all of them are very understaffed. I personally will not expect 4 people to do what 8-10 people can do in the same amount of time. When I go and it's extremely busy, I either adjust my expectations to a reasonable level or find somewhere else to eat if I have a very tight schedule. The staff that helped me 99.9% of the time have been pleasant and courteous ( I have lived in 9 different states due to work ), so I believe they hire well and give good training. I Love my own job, but there is going to be a bad apple in the bunch occasionally. In my experience when I treat the staff with basic respect and kindness from the very beginning , they return them to me ten fold. If you love excellent chicken sandwiches and surprisingly good sides, I enthusiastically recommend...

Well, I don't really go there much anymore. I am happy they are super busy and doing well but I don't like waiting in a double wrap around to-go line for my food. And I don't like taking my family in trying to navigate through the car line. I also don't like trying to get the vehicle back out of the parking lot. So why did I give five stars? Food is consistent and tastes great every time. If you use the app it speeds things up for you to pickup. If you go to the one in the mall you don't fight the traffic line. And that's where I go, when it's convenient. Otherwise I don't go anymore. They were taking the playgrounds away before COVID. And my boys are to big now. Yeah, like I said...use the ones that are in malls, use the app, and food is consistent and tastes great.- Update 2/22...

Will to be fair I put in the wrong color auto. But I was in space number 3 for curbside. The person delivering never asked if I was Rosemary. I called to check on my order and she came back down. She asked if I was Rosemary. I said yes. She handed me my food and walked away. No thank you or anything. We opened our bag only to find we were missing a sandwich and waffle fries. I called back again. I reported the missing items. She came back down. Handed me the bag with the sandwich and waffle fries. She walked away without saying anything again. I am not used to people at Chic-fil-A interacting in this manner. Guess things have changed. This was at the Parkqay Place location...
